The role of the Pelton Wheel in GDS Technologies' water generator
Geoff Miller points out a fundamental component of Greg Patter's
device, which pegs the genre of the technology as not using water as a fuel but
as a tool. The diminishing of the water comes from atomization of some of the
water as it hits the Pelton wheel.

Pure Energy Systems News
We've all become enthralled at that GDS
Technologies Portable Water Generator that came on the scene a few days ago,
without the intention of GDS Technologies who had planned on announcing it
later, when they were ready to handle the expected sales. One of the advantages
of this leak of information by virtue of their YouTube video being publicly
available is that now they have a much better idea about the level of enthusiasm
they can expect when they actually launch into the marketplace, projected for
December 15, 2014.
Meanwhile the speculation about how this technology works has been flying around
Three days ago, Mike Waters, President of NEST, pointed out to me another similar
system that we covered at PESWiki six years ago.
Yesterday I received a call from Geoffrey Miller of EnergyBat
Labs in Pennsylvania, USA. He seems to have nailed it, because he's worked
on a very similar system himself and understands the principles behind it as
well as how to make it work. And it definitely works, according to Geoff.
I asked if I could call him back so I could record our call. He said
"NO", yet later he relented to disclose some information about this.
He pointed out that as you look at the GDS video, at time stamp 2:09,
as Greg takes the cover off the water component, you can see a Pelton
wheel. Then, as Greg opens the cover to the remainder of the system, you can
clearly see the generator with cooling fan that attaches to the Pelton wheel; and he sent me
an email with some images to show the connection.
Geoff said the reason that the water diminishes while running the
system is you get atomization of some of the water as it smashes against the
blades of the Pelton wheel. So water, in this case, technically, should
not be thought of as a "fuel." Rather, it is one of the components of
this self-looped mechanism.
Regarding the heat issue Greg says they have, I'm not a degreed engineer, but I
would guess you could loop some kind of radiator cooling system into the water
chamber so the unit could run continuously, without having the limit of 8-12
hours before a cool down of 3 hours is required for longevity.
Finally, just a little stats update, for historic purposes. The GDS video
now has over 57,000 views; and our PESWiki page
about them is approaching 18,000 views.
I should mention as well that the guy I'm interviewing today on my FreeEnergyQuest.com
show, Kent Bingam of LlodGoff.
was a Walt Disney Imagineer and Chief Engineer of EPCOT, and now is working with
HHO. We will be talk about
his Oasis machine that extracts water from air, which would be a great
match with Solar Hydrogen Trends. He is super excited about
