A Visit to Fabrice Andre's Pending Kit Production Location Via Verteole's Facility

Fabrice said he was planning on producing a kit for around 200 Euros that would generate 2 kilowatts. Today, Ronny and I drove another 100 km to see Verteole's manufacturing location near Grenoble, France, confirming that Frabrice does appear to have something going on there.

Ronny and I were not at the Yildiz Demo today. Instead, we went from Fabrice Andre's lodge at Mont Blanc to Fabrice's partner's facility.

He is working with vertical-axis wind turbine manufacturer, Verteole, to build his kits that he says would cost 200 Euros and produce 2 kW. I'm guessing that if such kits are going to be produced that they will cost a lot more than that. That's only about the price of one or two month's electricity, and the average home usage is easily less than 1.5 kW.

If that price, output, and time frame is even close to being true, it merits verification and support as much as possible.

That would put their technology into #1 position in our Top 5 Exotic Free Energy Technologies listing.

Fabrice said they would be in, even on Sunday, so we drove the 100 kilometers to pay them a visit. We'll be lucky to get back to the Geneva expo before it closes today.

It turns out that they [Verteole] were not in, but a door was open; and in trying to see if anyone was around (since Fabrice had said the would be there) we went in: "Hello? Anyone here?" And we took a few photos and video before seeing a sign by the entrance that said something about no photography. So I'll have to get their permission before posting anything from inside that might be proprietary.

But what I can tell you is the following:

  • Verteole does have a manufacturing facility for their vertical axis wind turbines. There were at least four in operation/display outside their facility. And there were maybe a dozen under construction inside the warehouse.
  • The warehouse is maybe 200 square meters; and the office space around the perimiter is maybe 50 square meters.
  • The warehouse has manufacturing capability, with equipment, supplies, tables, shelving, office space, circuit assembly.
  • The facility is in an industrial park, part of a building shared with three other companies.
  • The facility has a substantial security fence and gated entrance, which was open (consistent with Fabrice's saying there would be someone there).
  • One of Verteole's solar/wind hybrid units was installed in the front of Fabrice's lodge (I shot a lot of footage and took a few photos standing just a few feet away from it); and the same units were in the warehouse -- at least 2-3 of that same design, and one with the same coloring. Here's a video of it.
  • There is difinitely a good relationship between Verteole and Fabrice.
    • There was a 18" x 4' (" = inch; ' = foot) poster of Fabrice's lodge hanging on the wall just inside the entry, along with Verteole's brochure material, and next to their logo on an office window. There was an even larger (~3' by 10') poster of Fabrice's lodge hanging on another wall. See video.
    • We saw at least four prototypes that resembled what we saw in Fabrice' lodge that he is working on, including the bank of lights, the [alleged] self-looped motor-generator (2), and another motor-generator set-up that could have been related as well.

Here's a video of their business card:

We didn't see anything that looked like a "kit" of Fabrice's design being manufactured or prepared. But I wasn't really expecting that, since Fabrice said that they expected to go into production in 2 months from now. Any preparatory work would not likely be on a workbench in a way that we could tell what it is.

So, I would say in conclusion that our visit to the Verteole facility corroborated what Fabrice told us regarding their plans to procude a kit for his device. As to how far along they actually are, and how intently they are pursuing it, and how rapidly they will be able to manufacture kits, getting that information will have to wait until we are able to interview them.

Presently (April 27, 2013 11:59:23 AM MST [GMT-8]) working on uploading videos shot today.
