Free Energy Demos by Fabrice Andre of Refuge7 in France

While here in the area, Ronny and I visited the famous inventor living off-grid high in the Alps. Does he have a new #1 technology? Videos of pancake coil pick-up effect, a "cold fusion" flask with a plasma ark, Tesla pancake coil, Kapagen coil array, self-looped motor generator system.

Thanks to the suggestion and orchestration of Darren Walker, Ronny and I have had quite the day visiting Fabrice Andre's off-grid Refuge7 Lodge in France. In additional to conventional solar and wind modalities, he is working on a number of exotic free energy technologies, including a Kapanadze variant kit that he says may be available in a couple of months for 200 Euros, which will produce 2 kW of power.

If that is true, this will put them in #1 position in our Top 5 Exotic Free Energy Technologies listing, both for its nearness to market, and for its potential to make large impact with its low price. The "kit" approach may help circumvent some otherwise onerous certification steps that are required for commercial products.

When I saw the photos of Refuge7 on their website, I pictured it being at the base of Mount Blanc. However, in order to get there, we drove to an airport at a ski resort where he met us in a snow cat to drive us the remaining 2.5 kilometers up to the 2,000 meter elevation pass where his resort is located. A couple that came in after us walked in. It took them 2 hours. I was very wet from the wet snow being kicked up by the tracks of his snowcat, but was more than happy for the experience to be going up so high in an absolutely gorgeous setting in France.

His demonstrations included the following:

  • A pancake coil pick-up effect in which 500 W input lights up a bank of 9 500-W bulbs (maybe at 10-20% power), and they pulsate in and out in intensity, even though he is not changing the value of the input. And as he dropped the input down, the bulbs stayed at their same intensity, still pulsating.
  • A "cold fusion" flask with a plasma ark and huge volume of bubbles. The input/output on that were not measured. I'm guessing it probably is not demonstrating overunity, but it is interesting science.
  • A Tesla pancake coil, longitudinal transmission set-up.
  • A Kapagen coil array, explaining how it works.
  • A self-looped motor generator system (didn't get a full explanation).

Here's an intro video:

I shot about 1.5 hours of video that I'll be uploading, but most of that will be coming later because the internet connection here (satellite?) is quite slow. I also shot a lot of photos of these devices.

It turns out that today is Ronny's birthday, and he couldn't think of a better way to celebrate his birthday. I shot a "happy birthday" video with him, which I think you all would enjoy. Don't get too jealous.

(Ronny was one of several people who has been heavily involved in helping organize the Yildiz demo. He rented a motor home so we could stay next to Yildiz' motor home. [They were going to stay at a campground.] His foresight has enabled us to stay nearby. Not only has this option been much cheaper than a hotel, but today, we were about to drive our hotel room up the mountain. [Don't worry, the temperatures are not expected to drop below zero tonight, so the motor home doesn't have to be "winterized".])

Later this evening, I received a Skype call from Mr. Attila Alperen of Turkey. I've not heard from him for years. The last story I did on him was on November 30, 2010, my birthday; and I wrote a "happy birthday to me" story noting his technology in it. I'm hoping to get an update from him when I get back to the states. He said he has some major announcements. Maybe his technology will be bumped into the Top 5 too.

Besides the birthday coincidence, the Turkey synchronicity is curious as well, since Mr. Yildiz is from Turkey.

Speaking of Mr. Yildiz and the Top 5, his weight there is diminishing for the following reasons:

  • He's not as close as I had thought to being ready for production.
  • It is difficult to work with him; and this is one of the primary reasons he still is not in the market though he's had this technology developed well enough to bring in funding for at least 15 years. There is some good talent coming forward to help him now, which will take the edge off of this weakness; but it is still a significant drawback.
  • The motor will not be easy to replicate. Too many magnets, too easy to not get them just right.
  • Though it could be good for an open license, the difficulty of replicating will make it less easy to have it go viral.

I'm going to be working on a list of reasons why I think his motor is legitimate. However, it takes a lot more than just a working technology for the technology to be successful in going to market.

Presently (April 28, 2015 02:02:38 PM MST [GMT-8]) working on uploading videos shot today. [Slow connection here, so most of the video footage will be uploaded later.]

ADVISORY: With any technology, you take a high risk to invest significant time or money unless (1) independent testing has thoroughly corroborated the technology, (2) the group involved has intellectual rights to the technology, and (3) the group has the ability to make a success of the endeavor.
All truth passes through three stages:
