Water as Fuel -- Stanley Meyer Recollections

Andrew Michrowski pulls from his archives to retell his experience of working with the late Stanley Meyer, who allegedly ran a dune buggy on nothing but water, using an electrolysis process that somehow extracted energy from the environment.

The late Stanley Meyer is shown working on his cell

For the record: some observations..
Stan Meyer, the inventor, was very elusive. Our collaborative network did manage in understanding the technology involved:
A) physics and chemistry analysis of his system was successfully achieved by the late Bulgarian scientist, PACE member, Dr. Prof. Stefan Marinov and Swiss and German co-workers with what was once our Swiss chapter: SAFE  (Swiss Association for Free Energy) to which I was privy and was closely involved while in Switzerland, at the same time that Stan Meyer was there (without bringing the devices he had promised to demonstrate in Europe). There was also witnessing of the Stan Meyer's Swiss venue presentations (with interviews) by our Canadian colleague, Jeane Manning, who has authored several books on emerging science and technologies, and which describe the technology.
B) Mark Porringa has successfully replicated the principle of cell in question while he was Chief Engineer of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL) research reactor at Chalk River.
C) Leonard Holihan, of London's Advanced Energy Research Institute was in effect through the last period of day of Stan's life arranging for an investment of over USD$17M by British interests; it is our understanding that this was slated for transportation applications.
D) The Canadian government's position on this, which was being defined mostly due the ardent support of water as a fuel by a former Reform Party (now majority government party, under a different name) MP, ultimately became focused on water-as-a-fuel as an unwanted competition for the subsidized Ballard fuel cell system that was, at least quite recently also backed by Daimler-Benz and Detroit interests, "we will do everything in our power to ensure that water-as-a-fuel is never accepted by the Government of Canada", a direct quote of Natural Resources Canada expert on hydrogen fuel strategies after witnessing and reviewing several demonstrations at our Ottawa headquarters of Brown's Gas generation and applications, some of which were also made to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, during the same period of months, for potential application / consideration in applying for healthy housing concepts, including the Toronto Healthy House (that was gheared to be self-sustaining energetically as well as for water and wastes, in the urban context, under the direction of their research division director Christopher Ives.
There are probably other points that could be brought forward:
But the above should help de-mystify the whole aspect of water as a fuel. Note, for example, according to the latest reports in our hand, several PRChina university faculties offer doctoral-level courses on water-as-a-fuel applications, involving as many as 4,000 researchers, all PRChina shipbuilding uses the technology (from welding to seawater desalination), a number of therapeutic/pharmaceutical applications have been in vigour since the 1980s, considerable interests has been building up in a Shanghai car maker to design and manufacture a car that would totally run on water as a fuel (as was done not only by Yull Brown, but also by Electronics Australia staff cars drivers at 400 kilometers/litre, 1000 miles /imperial gallon of water for 4WD vehicles), with competitive Chinese pro-oil interests instead trying to consider the direct use of unrefined, crude oil as a primary fuel, refined "live"in the car with minimal pollution - an approach which so repulsed Prof. Dr. Yull Brown that he short-stayed his Beijing invitation by the highest Chinese government authorities and industrialists, including NORINCO (equivalent of GE-Westinghouse combined) and dispatched himself to his homeland, Australia where he died shortly thereafter, very disappointed by the Chinese national inability to go full forward with the most clean energy option, (and with greatest safety and quality-control safeguards possible).
Thank you very much for this opportunity to express this archival information.
We do understand, despite "suspicious" appearances, that Stan Myers actually did die in that small-town Ohio mall restaurant due to a food intake issue, during an investment negotiation where he was ready to sign a binding agreement that could have lifted his personal situation - fast food is not good thing; as a matter of fact, one of our founders, a University of Ottawa law professor (and developer of our corporation charter and who helped defined "clean" energy when it was an unknown and rather funny-sounding, quirky term) also died after a meal in the Parliamentary restaurant involving high-ranking officials!  In those days of the 1970s, we were still a fledging international network harboured by the founder scientist: the Hon. Senator Chesley W. Carter, chair of the Senate's Standing Committee on Health, Welfare and Science as well as member of the Senate Special Committee on Science Policy.
