Aviso Cracking Water With Ambient Energy

The Philippine inventor Ismael Aviso has started utilizing his ambient energy collecting technology to crack water, and produce large quantities of hydroxy or HHO gas. Meanwhile, mechanical engineers are working to solve a vibration issue in his "Universal Motor."

Ismael Aviso is an engineer and inventor, who has been developing multiple technologies that make use of energy collected from the ambient environment. One of these achievements is his self charging electric car (validated by the Philippine Department of Energy), another is a "Motionless Electronic Generator" that is designed to produce electricity for home or industrial use. Yet another is a "Universal Motor" that utilizes a repelling force to produce motion. Now he is working on an electrolysis cell capable of producing large quantities of hydroxy (also called HHO or Brown's Gas), with very little energy input.

Aviso has indicated to me that work on his "Universal Motor" is going well. However, a hold up has been a vibration issue that is being worked on by mechanical engineers. When the issue has been resolved, the motor is planned to be installed in a prototype electric vehicle. It is expected the vehicle could have a very long or infinite range (since it will be using the same self recharging circuit as his previous vehicle), and the goal is for it to have the same performance as the Nissan Leaf. This would mean good acceleration, and a much faster top speed than his previous electric vehicle prototype.

The "Universal Motor" is unique in and of itself, for many reasons. First, it utilizes the same self recharging circuit that collects ambient energy from the environment. This means instead of using a huge battery bank, it can use just a couple ordinary 12 volt lead acid car batteries that are continually re-charged. Secondly, it does not produce a large current draw at start up, like almost all conventional electric motors. This saves a lot of energy from being wasted. Third, it is a custom engine with a unique design that can be powered with alternating or direct current, utilizes high voltages, and uses a "repelling force" to produce motion. This motor is also expected to be affordable -- perhaps only $500 dollars a unit after being mass produced!

Although the "Universal Motor" could potentially be a game changing technology that could impact many industries, it would not be a quick process to install a "Universal Motor" in an existing vehicle. It might take many hours or days, and a significant amount of labor. However, an HHO boosting kit can be quickly installed, and Aviso hopes to use his new water splitting technology in such a device.

Hydroxy Production With Ambient Energy

Aviso has explained the details of his Ambient Energy collecting circuit in a YouTube video you can watch here. He is now using a similar circuit to power an electrolysis unit to produce hydroxy gas. The unit is composed of a series of plates (electrodes) with water in between them. Confirming what has been reported by others, Aviso has shown that by pulsing the electrodes at certain frequencies, the unit goes into a state of resonance. When the system is in this state of resonance, large quantities of gas are produced.

The real key to his system is not achieving this state of resonance, but maintaining it. As the system remains active, the resistance of the circuit changes due to the water heating up. When this happens, the state of resonance will be lost. To keep the system in resonance, he has developed an electronic circuit that automatically adjusts the frequency of the system. This keeps the hydrogen production at a high level.

Aviso claims this problem of the system drifting out of resonance is the problem that has plagued many inventors who have built other hydroxy systems. They would see great hydroxy production at first, but then the production would start to diminish. The reason was due to the properties of the system changing (such as the resistance), but the input frequency not being changed to compensate. He does not think even Stanley Meyer (the famous hydroxy pioneer) was able to keep his system at resonance at all times. In fact, he thinks that his system may be an improvement on Meyers. For example, he claims that when Meyer's electrolysis device was producing lots of hydroxy bubbles, the resistance between the tubes would go up. This would reduce the current draw, but it would kill the resonant effect. Aviso's system can detect the change in resistance, and change the frequency of the input pulses to keep the system resonant.

An additional breakthrough has taken place in the past few days. By using acidic water instead of distilled water, hydroxy production has increased at least 25%. Also, by using acidic water (with a pH of between 2.5 and 5), the properties of the system do not change as fast. This solves the problem of a delay in hydrogen production when the circuit changes frequencies to keep the system in resonance. The acidic water used is actually waste from a process Aviso has developed to produce alkaline water, which he has been selling as a health supplement since 2007.

Another interesting aspect of his system is that 75% of the input power is "reactive power", in that it is not actually consumed, but is returned to the source. Only 25% of the input power is "real power" that is actually consumed. This indicates that his system is consuming very little energy while producing lots of hydroxy.

Actual testing of hydroxy production has not taken place yet, but flow meters and other equipment have been ordered and should be arriving in ten to fifteen days. Rigorous testing of hydrogen production compared to input power will then take place. The hope is that the hydrogen production will be large enough (while consuming very little energy) to power a vehicle only on hydroxy, or at least produce a very good boosting kit that could increase fuel efficiency 70% or more. Aviso thinks that the booster could be brought into mass production in as little as six months, after the increase in fuel efficiency is validated. That is probably unrealistic given the amount of testing and certification required to sell such a system commercially.

It should be noted that Aviso's focus will remain on the Universal Motor. Currently, he is simply taking advantage of the fact he has a bit of extra time due to the mechanical engineers working on the Universal Motor to resolve the vibration issue, and is using that time to work on the electrolysis unit. Although a hydroxy booster could dramatically increase gas mileage, the Universal Motor has the most long term potential. Until the UM is mass produced, the hydrogen booster will provide a transition step for people to save money, reduce emissions, and increase the performance of their vehicles. Once the UM comes into production, enabling indefinite distance using energy from the ambient, the hydrogen booster technology will be rendered obsolete. 

An interesting historical note is that Aviso's first research was on hydrogen production, but due to some problems he switched over to designing electric motors. 

Most Open and Honest Hydroxy Booster Testing Ever

Aviso hopes to prove a large quantity of hydrogen is being produced for very little input energy, so he can move onto producing a hydroxy boosting kit. The kit would be manufactured and sold, with the proceeds to fund his other projects. He thinks the United States would be a great market for such a kit. 

Once a prototype kit is built, he plans to do a series of very detailed tests to determine its performance. He also wants to do comparison tests against other HHO boosting kits on the market (such as Freddy's), to determine which kit is the best on the market. The data would all be openly posted on the internet. Some of the tests will be performed via live streaming video, and he hopes to find very credible people to witness the tests. Basically, he wants the tests to be the most open and honest *ever* in the history of hydroxy boosting.

One set of tests would be to take an ordinary internal combustion engine from a vehicle, and measure its fuel consumption over a period of time (with different amounts of load). Once baseline fuel consumption information has been obtained, the same tests would be performed on the engine but with different HHO boosters attached. These tests would have witnesses on site, and would be on live streaming video.

Until all this testing takes place, not a single unit would be sold. Aviso would not take a single order until the technology is proven and ready to ship. 

In every way, he wants to prove he has a working, real, and legitimate product. Right now, there are so many Hydroxy boosting kits on the market that it is hard to know which ones produce large increases in mileage, and which ones don't. When someone purchases one of his kits, he does not want them to have any doubt whatsoever that it will work and produce a significant increase in gas mileage.

Super Safe Hydroxy

Aviso is very serious about making the kit completely safe. One safety issue when producing hydroxy gas is the fact pressurized hydroxy gas is potentially explosive. Every safety feature possible will be incorporated into the kit including bubblers, flashback arresters, and proper containers for the 3 to 5 PSI hydroxy gas.

The testing of a booster kit could take place by the last week of August. Part of what will determine how soon the testing starts is the funding he has to support the work, purchase the test engines, purchase various HHO kits, etc.
