Multi-Billion Dollar Fund Exploring Exotic Free Energy Opportunities
Peter Hayes will be traveling to Korea to give a presentation about
exotic free energy technologies to a multi-billion dollar fund, of which he is
likely to become a key player. He's looking for a simple demonstrator technology
(I suggested H-Cat) and recommendations for feature items to mention.

Pure Energy Systems News
I was contacted yesterday by Peter Hayes of Nova Scotia, Canada. He has been tasked to give a 10-slide presentation in Korea to a Global multi-billion dollar fund.
Their focus is to help the developing world with clean energy and risk management solutions, making human settlements, stressed ecosystems, and critical infrastructure
safer. Right up front, I expressed my concern about the stereotype associated with that much money -- more inclined to bury than support technology that will render the corrupt powers that be obsolete. He shared that sentiment, and explained that the Fund is dedicated to the South, and to climate change solutions, including sustainable
distributed energy, and community-based equitable solutions.
He said he had spent many hours pouring through the PES websites in the past couple of days, since discovering them, and was hoping I might be able to make some suggestions about the best technologies to feature during this brief but pivotal presentation.
The fund has a fairly wide mandate -- "to become the authority on climate change mitigation (renewable energy)
and adaptation (risk management)." If his presentation goes as planned, he may be placed in a strategic position to influence the outcome of funds in support of emerging exotic free- energy - the sort that we have been diligently tracking for nearly a dozen years now; and would seek to engage Fund stakeholders to strategically foster and finance exotic free-energy technologies, and help bring them to global and local markets.
It looks like the $5
billion budget draft I posted three weeks ago for the furtherance of exotic free energy technologies may be possibly come to fruition. It appears that the financing information we have assembled is similar to what this multi-billion dollar fund seeks to accomplish.
Simple Demo: H-Cat
As for a suggested demonstration model, I recommended Justin Church's H-Cat
clean tech, zero emissions technology, that we featured just yesterday. It takes oxyhydrogen (HHO or Brown's Gas) and runs it though an automobile catalytic converter (separated from the automobile), which is impregnated with nano-platinum and nano-palladium. Because of the unusual high energy characteristics of HHO,
apparently the HHO reacts with the substrate creating over-unity, with the release of copious amounts of heat, and conversion back to water.
Without igniting the gas, you let the gas pass over the catalytic matrix
surface, and within a few minutes, you see the matrix begin to glow red where
the gas is hitting the substrate. If you're not careful, the heated surface can
ignite the gas, causing a back-flash (make sure you have a bubbler, to stop the
back-flash at that point) . Justin recommends that you fill the opening of the
catalytic converter with ceramic insulation pads to prevent the back-flash.
With diffuser, to spread out gas emission.
Given these ingredients: platinum, palladium, high-energy-H, it is likely
that the overabundance of energy that shows up in the form of heat is a function
of LENR taking place, safely, cheaply, cleanly.
This is something that could be rolled-out worldwide using off-the-shelf
components widely available everywhere on the planet; creating green jobs, while
creating a zero-emissions, safe source of energy.
I'm quite sure we have people in our audience in the Seoul area who already have
HHO apparatus assembled, who could pick up a catalytic converter and meet Peter
to give him a quick explanation of how to run the equipment and do a simple
If no one comes forward with a ready-to-go HHO system, perhaps one of you who
lives in that region might be willing to quickly build one, e.g. from the LiL
Water Torch 2.0 plans Justin has on his site.
A demonstration of this effect would illustrate 1) LENR in operation,
vindicating that field; and, 2) an open source model, ideal for roll-out in the
Even if this isn't LENR or even overunity, Justin says the level of efficiency
of converting watts to BTUs is likely to surpass anything presently available in

Subject: Feature zero-point free-energy technologies at multi-billion
I came across your PES & FreeEnergy\News.com sites, with great interest.
I have also contacted several free-energy luminaries you would know. [...]
I am a genuinely committed, international community development specialist, with senior expertise in climate mitigation & adaptation. I have recently formed a Green Tech Hub in both Nova Scotia, Canada, and in California (former Google Bldg), with the intent to promote green enterprise and a paradigm shift toward sustainable livelihoods.
A few days ago, I was formally invited to make a feature presentation to a high profile
multi-billion dollar financiers group meeting
next week (I leave March 15 or 16) in Songdo Incheon [near Seoul], S. Korea on: A Strategy for
the Fund [is] to become the authority on climate change mitigation (renewable
energy / emissions reduction) & adaptation (risk management). This is for small-to-large-scale funding (grant and co-financing)
for enterprise, communities, municipal energy projects, country-wide applications, and pan-regional systems.
I would like to highlight zero-point/ambient (low/zero emission), and other free energy technologies during this pivotal presentation. I am
(i) one or two small-scale energy props (preferably market-ready or tested prototypes) that I can bring in my hand bag (or undercarriage) to
Incheon, S. Korea in a week's time.
(ii) 1 or 2 animated PowerPoint slides featuring these, or other deserving
exotic free energy technologies at the domestic
and/or commercial level.
Can you please help? If need be, I can cover the cost of shipping here, and return
the energy model(s) or samples directly
to you or the owner. The patent owner, inventor, or promoter will, of course, get full credit & recognition for their technologies, and there are likely future downstream
investment opportunities if everything goes to plan.

If you know of a simple demo that might fit this venue, let
us know. It needs to have these characteristics:
- Exotic free energy (outside of mainstream)
- Clear -- easy for a lay person to understand what is being demonstrated
- Easy to perform (taking only a few minutes)
- Easy to set up / portable
- Light enough to be able to be taken on a plane as luggage
By the way, I should also mention that I have another investor associate who will
be giving a very similar presentation, but for roll-out by ethical
investors/manufacturers/distributors in China, around the same time frame.
