Loan to PES Network Opportunity

Exotic free energy is destined to emerge, and our network is a key player in facilitating that process worldwide. Some of the ways PES can benefit financially from this include: finders fees, commissions from sales, open source involvement, increased ad revenue from increased traffic, sponsorships.

Goal: Not only do we want to maintain our service, but we would like to expand it, bringing in more players: vetting, translators, editors, crowdfunding experts, topic experts, professional services for fledgling inventors.

"You are the authority when it comes to free energy news. Google anything related to any free energy inventor, and a PESWiki tag will show up. You own this market; now its time to get paid for that."

-- T.S. Richardson, February 5, 2014

Pure Energy Systems News

I am absolutely certain that exotic free energy technology is destined to emerge to bless humanity, to empower people, and to support freedom worldwide, not to mention solving the pollution and oil addiction problems.

We're talking about devices that harness the wheelwork of nature, and which will be clean and affordable.

I don't know exactly when we'll finally see at least one of the many modalities make it to market, or how long it will take to achieve market penetration of such solutions, but there are several companies that presently are looking very promising, that we track at http://Top5Energy.com

We at PES Network, Inc., for nearly 12 years now, have been providing the best news, directory, and networking service worldwide in helping find and facilitate the best exotic free energy technologies in the process of emerging. I put in a lot of the effort, but we have several volunteers who help out: with story finding, technology screening, editing, site management, comments moderation.

Until one of these technologies arrives, my wife and I do the best we can to live frugally on limited revenue from advertising, a few product and book sales; often having to put out the donation hat to make ends meet. It isn't easy to live this way. And living so often on the edge of insolvency is not easy on morale, as I have a family of 6 to support. I typically wait until the last possible moment to finally put the hat out and ask for help.

This article is a pitch for providing substantial loans to help us run this operation, both so we don't have to keep pitching for donations, and so we can expand our operation to prepare for a likely explosion of interest once one of these technologies finally arrives in the market, opening the door of interest for the many other technologies also nearing market readiness.

We Prefer Loans Over Donations

I am certain that not just one but several of these exotic free energy technologies are going to be materializing, hopefully sooner than later.

Rather than receive donations, we would prefer to receive loans that we can pay back with a good return as these exotic free energy technologies finally emerge. The larger the loan, the more we'll be able to facilitate the awakening and awareness of these alternatives, thus speeding their arrival.

If we at PES can get a good-sized loan, then we won't need to be asking for donations from our audience, and they will be able to use their spare cash to support technologies of promise of their choice. They can vote with their dollars in the various crowdfunding petitions. I would much rather they do that than give us donations to keep our news, directory and networking service going, though we certainly appreciate their help thus far.

Special Appeal for Substantial Loans

The purpose of this article is to make a special appeal to people who have a little more money, who can loan thousands of dollars, with my promise that we will return that money with benefits, as these exotic FE technologies finally begin to emerge.

PES actually got its start as a corporation back in 2004 with a $10,000 loan. Half of that went toward the Bedini School Girl open source project, which hundreds of people have subsequently replicated.

>>>Below are some options, but to focus this down to one package, I propose $25k/quarter, on a year contract.

Here is a list of example projections of what could happen with certain loan amounts.

  • $25,000 - could enable us to continue the present efforts for three months without asking for donations.
  • $50,000 - could enable us to pay off our credit card debt and remove the monthly service fees, which presently come to $767/month (we would have access to the loaned amount via the credit card, with the motivation to come up with new revenue methods to prevent using the card)
  • $75,000 - would probably be enough to enable us to continue the present efforts for a year without asking for donations.
  • $100,000 - could enable us to start expanding to one or more of the many supplemental functions, such as vetting, translators, editors, topic experts, professional services for fledgling inventors.
  • $500,000 - could enable us to begin tackling all of the supplemental functions just mentioned
  • $1,000,000 - could enable us to properly tackle all of the supplemental functions.
  • $2,000,000 - in addition to tackling the supplemental functions, this could also give us some funds to help out the most promising technologies as vetted by our team of scientist consultants, thus speeding their arrival.
  • $5,000,000 - would enable us to provide a first-rate incubation service

When inquiring about or offering to provide a loan, please indicate what your preferences are, addressing such things as:

  • Payback terms and timing
    • We will begin to be able to repay the loans once at least one of the exotic FE technologies we've got a relationship with finally makes it to market.
    • 20% APR (we'd rather pay you than the bank)
  • Collateral
    • PES stock (Nevada C Corp)
  • "Benefits"
    • Being introduced with preference to the inventors/groups for consideration for licensing and other business opportunities
    • 1% of PES revenues for 5 years per $100k loaned.
  • Private or announced? Can be anonymous, if you prefer; though I prefer to give credit/thanks publicly.

How Can We Pay Back?

It's true that in the near eleven years I've been at this exotic free energy news, directory, and networking business, so far none of these exotic modalities have made it to market. However, that doesn't mean it's never going to happen.

This industry is getting ripe and ready for picking. To use the flight analogy, we are comparable to the Kitty Hawk days. Things are flying around, but nothing is commercial yet. And in our case, there isn't just one technology getting close, there are several entire genres of exotic clean energy that are looking very promising.

Being on the cutting edge of reporting on these developments puts us in favor with many of the inventors and inventor teams. Not only are we a news and directory service, but we provide networking, which benefits them.

Many of them have remarked to the effect, "My success will be your success."

Here is a listing of some of the ways we can benefit financially when they finally emerge.

  • Finders fees for bringing investors to the table (this has to be limited until one of us gets a broker license)
  • Commissions from sales of their product from our websites
  • Contracts with them to open source portions of their technology (open license, in which commercial applications are expected to remit a royalty, which we split with the inventor)
  • Increased ad revenue from higher traffic that we will get when one of these technologies finally emerges commercially or is fully vindicated to mainstream satisfaction
  • Sponsorship by them through advertising their company and product on our sites
  • Donations from them

We have existing understandings with many of the emerging companies along these lines. And any one of the above methods is likely to be adequate to put us in a position of being able to being paying back a loan.

Meanwhile, Thanks for the Donations

Until we get a substantial loan, we need to somehow make it, so any donations that any of you, our readers, can provide are greatly appreciated. Below is a synopsis of our present status, so you can gauge the level of need. Click here to donate. Note: PES is not a tax-free entity.
