PART 2 OF 3
Interview with QMoGen Patent Holder, Jesse McQueen

Texas inventor says he's working w/ UN to bring the technology to market and get world patent protection, and they say he deserves a Nobel Prize; says the energy comes from the same positive charges seen manifest in a thunderstorm. While it looks simple, it is not. Says people shouldn't even build one without first getting his permission.

Pure Energy Systems News

On December 8, 2013, I conduced a casual interview with Jesse McQueen of Texas. He's the inventor of what is called the "McQueen Machine".

Last Saturday, we reported that on August 22, 2006, Jesse McQueen was awarded U.S. Patent 7,095,126 B2, titled: "Internal energy generating power source." In that story, I mentioned that back in July, 2008, I interviewed Jesse and posted a feature page at PESWiki about his technology.

Back then, we thought it interesting, but we did not realize the significance of this patent. It wasn't until August of 2012, long after my 2008 interview with Jesse had faded from memory, like so many other technologies that we see come and go, that I began my compilation of systems that I later coined the term "QMoGen" to describe, the shape of the letter Q conveying the notion of self-looped with energy left over. In each case, a smaller motor is used to turn a larger generator, which once it is up to speed is able to keep the motor turning, while producing excess energy.

Jesse's patent ties into this. Can you believe the US Patent office awarded a patent like this?

It sounds like the classic "lifting yourself up by your own bootstraps" scenario, but apparently there is a form of energy in the wheelwork of nature that is harnessed when the proper conditions are met.

In this interview, Jesse says this phenomenon is related to the same forces that cause lightning, pointing out that "there are plenty of positive charges floating around," and even if all energy devices were converted to this modality, we wouldn't be running out of positive charges to harness. "There is enough energy in the average thunderstorm to power the United States for two days." (20 minutes; equals 50 atom bombs) He says that this set-up directs these positive charges to the generator head. No laws of physics are broken. Energy is neither created nor destroyed.

Jesse said that while the set-up appears simple, it is in fact very difficult to get the components properly matched, getting the right relationship between the motor and generator and belts and inverter so as to match the input power to torque, torque to rpm, and rpm to output power. In a later conversation with me, he said that it took him 20 days with little sleep the first time he got it running, getting so he could gauge the system and make adjustments according to how things were sounding.

While it may be difficult, apparently it is easy enough that such systems have begun popping up all over the planet.

Since commencing my compilation of such systems, now, a year and a quarter later, I've encountered nearly 40 separate claims to systems of this ilk, from at least 15 different countries. Most of them seem to have come up with their design independently, usually thinking themselves to be the first.

Listening to Jesse in the recent interview, you get the impression he thinks that every one of these QMoGen instances found his patent, replicated it, but didn't give him credit; and that no one should even build such a system without first getting his permission. He said it is legal for people to post plans, you just can't build legally without permission from the patent-holder. He said: "I would aggressively go after people who start selling them."

Jesse, who is less than three months older than me, born two months prior to Kennedy's assassination in 1963, said he first came up with the idea in 1981 when a high school science teacher did a class on perpetual motion machines. He started thinking and tinkering, but back then, "motors and generators were not efficient enough to build one [that would work]." He's only built two so far, and he's helped the engineers at the UN build some.

He was surprised at how fast the patent was awarded. He filed on June 3, 2005, and it was awarded August 22, 2006.

A few months ago, I grabbed the domain name, http://QMoGen.com to forward to our PESWiki directory about such systems (having forgotten about Jesse's design). This past week alone, we posted seven stories about new systems that were brought to our attention, including a 350 kW system in India (link), a how-to video out of Africa (link), and units for sale in Russia with output in the range of 1 to 5 kilowatts -- enough to power a home (link). And I'm still reviewing plans sent to me from a guy out of Nigeria (of all places) for how to build one of these.

In my interview with Jesse, he said that the UN has been working with him to bring his technology to market, working with several other companies; and that he is under confidentiality agreements with them, so he is not able to reveal very much information. He has been working with Greg Bowman of the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization at the United Nations for the past 2-3 years. I'm waiting to get a call from Greg, having left a message for him through his liaison, Don Gillian, on Monday morning.

Jesse said the UN, which did extensive testing on his system, including replicating it, is in process of filing for international patents (I presume PCT) on the technology to get global coverage. And he said that the people he is working with at the UN say he will probably get a Nobel Prize for his contribution.

In doing a patent search (I'm no expert at this), I only found Jesse's US patent and an Australian patent.

While superficially, this sounds great, I have to tell you that when Jesse said he's working with the UN, my heart dropped. The UN was founded and is run primarily by the same dark international cabal behind the Federal Reserve fiat money system, GMOs, Chemtrails, 9/11, etc. It's hard to imagine that they will actually help bring this technology to market, which will make the corrupt powers-that-be obsolete. And Jesse's saying the UN is tasked (allowed) by him with propagating and protecting his patent worldwide, seemed like a potentially devastating obstacle to the many people coming up with such systems independently, wanting to bring them to the planet.

But there is a silver lining in all this. And in Part 3, I will go into this in detail.

As I have read Jesse's patent carefully, it seems to me that there are many significant weaknesses in the patent wording that may actually render the entire patent unenforceable. I'm not a patent attorney, but I've seen general language to the effect that "poorly-written claims can be hazardous to a patent's health." (Link) I'm working up an article spelling out the numerous serious problems in Jesse's patent. It's very poorly written, and the mistakes and omissions are probably fatal to what otherwise could have been one of the most important patents in world history. Instead, it may go down in history as the patent that opened the door for the world by being so poorly written.

Normally, I stand with the inventor, and encourage people to work with him (or her) and help him bring his technology to market, and give him what he deserves in compensation. However, in Jesse's case, since he has turned his technology over to the UN, which I consider to be a quintessential part of the New World Order tyrannical beast, I'm feeling more rebellious and not so inclined to want to see him retain any kind of control over this technology that belongs to the planet, as manifest by the hundredth monkey principle of so many individuals coming up with it independently.

The slogan should be "Power to the people", not "Power to the UN". That is the antithesis of power to the people.

So, as you listen to this interview between me and Jesse, bear in mind that;

  • I was hearing about his working with the UN for the first time, and had not yet assimilated the ramifications of that.
  • This was a casual conversation, and doesn't really come across as a public interview, even though I did disclose to him that we were being recorded.
  • I had not yet read his patent carefully, and realized its weaknesses.

There is some great info here, for those of you who are tracking this field.

Here's the interview:

PES Coverage of McQueen Machine

  • Thesis: Poorly Worded US QMoGen Patent 7,095,126 may not be Enforceable? - I am not a patent attorney, but in looking at the very poorly worded patent of Jesse McQueen's QMoGen (my term, not his), it seems to me that he would have a hard time defending his patent. For example, several times it says "generator" when it should say "motor", and vice versa. (PESN; December 11, 2013)
  • Interview with QMoGen Patent Holder, Jesse McQueen - Texas inventor says he's working w/ UN to bring the technology to market and get world patent protection, and they say he deserves a Nobel Prize; says the energy comes from the same positive charges seen manifest in a thunderstorm. • Found: QMoGen US Patent Awarded - The invention involves a generator head, motor, gear box, and belts. "Once the system has started it is not necessary for the battery to supply power to the system. The battery can then be disconnected. The alternator and electric motor work in combination to generator electrical power." (PESN; December 7, 2013)
  • McQueen Machine -Revolutionary Energy Generating Machine - The patented McQueen Machine is a new "Internal Energy Generating Power Source" that uses positive electrical charges from the atmosphere to generate power. It is claimed to generate more energy than is required to operate the machine. (PESWiki; July 24, 2008)
