Part I: Patrick Flanagan (Tesla II) says He Knows How to Neutralize Fukushima
Patrick Flanagan recently gave an interview in which he addressed
the problem, scope, and solutions for the Fukushima disaster. When asked, he
said he would be willing to assist an international coalition to remedy the
problem, which if kept unchecked could kill everyone on the planet.
|I've had a chance to interview Patrick about his proposed solution.
That report is below.
This graphic that was shown on the video (not at
Patrick's direction) turns out to not be about the radioactivity but pertained
to the tsunami and water height.
Pure Energy Systems News
On Monday, I watched a fascinating, troubling and inspiring video
by BuzzBroz featuring a brief interview with our friend and sponsor, Patrick
Flanagan of PhiSciences. It addresses
the problem, scope, and solutions for the Fukushima disaster -- "The worst
cover-up in human history."
He said that the rate and strength of radioactive pollution coming from
Fukushima is equivalent to ten Hiroshima bombings per hour. He also
stated that if something isn't done about this escalating problem, it could kill
everyone on the planet, primarily through cancer.
As a preventative measure that anyone can do now, he suggested that you take 15
mg of elemental iodine every day, and he specifically recommended the
from VRP.com. If I understand correctly from previous research, the purpose for
this is to keep the thyroid populated with good iodine, otherwise radioactive
iodine from environmental pollution can concentrate there, causing cancer.
But that suggestion pales in comparison to something else Patrick said in the
interview. He said that he knows how they could remedy the problem, and when
asked, he said he would be willing to head up an international coalition to
implement the solution.
Just think if instead of talking about going to war with Syria the people of the
planet instead galvanized behind resolving the Fukushima fiasco?
Here is the video I
watched: [6:10 pm Update Memo: This video was made private for reasons
that may be more clear in the solution interview below.
If I remember right, the last time I saw the video, it had around 50,000 views
in just three days.]
So, who is Patrick, that we should take him serious with
his proposal, and be considered as one who might be involved in heading up such
an initiative? I'm sure he wouldn't mind if someone else tackled some of the
business aspects of heading up such an endeavor.
Some of you will recall that last year on July 10, 2012, Tesla's birthday, I
went on Coast
to Coast AM with Patrick and made the case that there are many reasons to
believe that Patrick
Flanagan is the reincarnation of Nikola Tesla -- including that unlike
typical births, when Patrick was born, he didn't forget his life as Tesla. This
was the first time Patrick had gone public with this information.
When you consider the magnitude of the Fukushima fiasco, it makes sense that
someone such as Patrick/Tesla would be on hand to step forward with a solution.
technology has become the bedrock of modern civilization: AC Power, Induction
Motors, Radio, X-Ray, etc. And that is just the stuff he did in the first half
of his life. We're still trying to figure out and implement the free energy
stuff he was researching in the last half of his life. And don't forget that
nearly half of what Tesla worked on had to do with health.
Whether or not Patrick really was Nikola Tesla in his previous incarnation,
Patrick certainly has a lot of attributes that are consistent with that
possibility. So at a minimum, his proposed solution for the Fukushima fiasco
should be given strong consideration, even based on the Patrick Flanagan
accomplishments, skills, and abilities alone.
In this lifetime, Patrick has the attribute, like Tesla, wherein he can see a
solution in his mind, and work it through in three dimensions to its completion,
before building it; and when he builds it, the device works as he envisioned it.
That's one of the reasons why Westinghouse dared invest the sum of money he did
on Tesla to build an entire power plant to harness the hydro-electric potential
of Niagra Falls, even though no such plant on any scale had ever been built
In the first 17 years of his life, Patrick was doing all kinds of things that
resembled the work Tesla did. For example, at 8 years of age, he had built his
own ham radio set from scrap material, and was licensed to communicate. Soon
thereafter, he was building Tesla coils and literally shocking the neighborhood.
At 11 years of age, he invented a nuclear missile detection system, which
captured the interest and attention of the U.S. Department of Defense, who
purchased the technology.
But it was around that time that Patrick decided to move in
a different direction. He didn't want to be tied to the military industrial
complex, so he made water technology and its healing properties his focus. After
extensive research, piggy backing off the life's work of a mentor, he figured
out a way to replicate the most healing water on the planet by merely adding a
few drops of his product, Crystal Energy,
to regular tap water.
I mention these things because they briefly address Patrick's qualifications
that are relevant to remedying the Fukushima fiasco.
The fact that he has been one of the most generous financial supporters of our
PES News, Directory, and Networking service shows evidence of his sympathy to
maverick energy technologies of the future that will disempower the corrupt
powers that be by empowering the individual with affordable, clean energy.
We might not be able to convince the governments of the world to support this
Fukushima remediation initiative, but in this day of crowdfunding, and private
companies working on space flights, gratefully we don't have to wait for
governments to wake up enough to back something like this.
Surely there is someone out there who is willing and able to spearhead this
to bring it about. Someone out there who may choose this as a mission in life. I would
imagine it will entail forming a non-profit organization or trust, and raising
awareness and funds to accomplish the objective of halting the emission of
pollution then remediating the emitted pollution. I would think that these would
be two different processes.
I've been waiting for Patrick to be able to answer a few questions before
publishing this story, but he has been very busy. I missed a window of time with
him yesterday because I was doing an interview with
Attila Alperen from Turkey
when he became available. Hopefully, Patrick and I can do an interview in the
next few days, and I'll post an update at that time.
Here are some of the questions I have for him. Feel free to add to these in the
|Questions for Patrick
Regarding your statement that you know how to neutralize Fukushima, I'm wondering as a ballpark estimate what we are talking about in terms of
- time to completion if properly funded
Also, would this method just neutralize the source from which this is flowing, or would it also be able to neutralize a wider area of where the pollution has spread? how wide? how complete? (And if
you can also do the latter, I would imagine that would be a separate
budget, with separate man-hour numbers and separate time to completion if properly funded; so could you give that a rough estimate as well?)
Also, could you verbalize briefly what kind of method/protocol would be involved, and why it would work?
Part II: Implementing the Solution to the Fukushima
I talked to Patrick Flanagan who said the solution to the Fukushima
radioactivity-pollution-emission problem is already built and ready to go but
will require a high level Japanese government official's involvement to see it
implemented. He said most nuclear engineers could understand it and would agree
that it will work.

Screen shot of Patrick during interview in
Pure Energy Systems News
[This is perhaps the most gravely serious and important message I've ever
published. I urge you to pay close attention and to take any action steps that
you might feel impressed to take.]
I was able to talk to Patrick Flanagan to ask him a few questions I had about
the solution he said he knows of for the Fukushima fiasco. I did this during a
conference call this morning with my associates in the New
Energy Systems Trust, so part of the questioning came from them.
He made the point that there are dark powers that be on Earth right now who want
to destroy all humans (to implement a "superior robotic solution to the
human problem"), so he is not at liberty to speak openly about the
solution. Any communications about this will need to be in person, referred by
people he trusts.
Immediately Doable Solution
He said that the solution to stop the efflux of radiation is so simple that most
any good nuclear engineer, when presented with it, would understand it, and wish
they had thought of it first. Furthermore, all the equipment needed to implement
the solution is already built and ready to go. Minus political and other
obstacles, the solution could be implemented this week.
"This will absolutely neutralize the radiation at the source -- 100% stop it, guaranteed.
It's pure nuclear science."
He also said that there is no other solution to this problem that will
work, including the one that the Japanese are presently deploying of trying to
freeze the ground under the plant.
There is an urgency to this.
It will require that at least one high-level Japanese government official, or
from TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Co), step forward to advocate and implement
The primary political problem in Japan is that the government is in denial about
how serious this problem is. Saving face is tantamount in Japan, and this
situation is the ultimate fiasco.
There is a neighboring country (being subjected to the radiation) that has
all the will, know-how, budget, and equipment ready to go now to implement this
solution, but they will need approval and an official invitation by the
Furthermore, given the Japanese culture, most of the labor required to implement
this solution could be done voluntarily by people loyal to the government and
their national pride.
So what needs to happen is we need to find a high-level Japanese government
official who is willing to step forward privately to scrutinize this proposal.
They can select a nuclear engineer team that they trust, who can send a
delegation or representative to meet with Patrick in Sedona, Arizona. Then, if
the nuclear engineer team is in agreement with the feasibility of Patrick's
proposal, the government official can present it to the government for
Patrick is not willing to travel to Japan because of the radiation.
For those of you who are inclined to recommend Ben Fulford for finding such
contacts, I'm not sure he would be the best choice, seeing that he just
published a story
ending with the assertion: "The recent spike in radioactivity being reported in Fukushima is being caused by the dumping of nuclear industrial waste (mostly medical), according to Japanese gangsters sub-contracting to the Nazi Mossad faction. The aim is to blackmail the Japanese government in order to prevent it from restarting its nuclear reactors."
The counterargument of this assertion is that the volume of radiation belching
from that region could not be attributed to medical waste.
There is at least one other person on earth that Patrick knows of, who also
knows of this solution to shut off the pollution coming from the Fukushima
fiasco. However, it would be best if there were several other scientists who
also know the solution -- both for Patrick's safety and for the
propagation/implementation of the solution. Even though most good nuclear
engineers could understand the solution, the more qualified and knowledgeable,
the better. If you are such an individual, or if you know of one, please contact
us. It is best if we already know you and trust you, to make the screening
easier. This person will need to meet with Patrick in person in Sedona, Arizona.
If they don't have money for the travel, we should be able to raise the funds
through crowdfunding, etc.
The first priority, in my opinion, would be to get one or two nuclear engineers
to meet with Patrick and let us know their assessment of the feasibility of what
he proposes. That would 1) protect Patrick, since more know people would know the
solution, 2) increase the ability to get the attention of a Japanese official
with adequate clout to pull this off (sending his/her own delegation to meet
with Patrick and give their sign-off on its feasibility, etc.).
Solution II: Clean-up
Besides shutting off the source of radiation, the second part of repairing the
Fukushima fiasco is to clean up the radiation that has already been emitted from
Patrick said he knows how to do this as well. However, he said that will cost
We've encountered other solutions being proposed. Perhaps cheaper ones could be
found. And there are probably many solutions that will work, not just one.
But presently, the most urgent task is to stop the radiation at its source.
Given the nature of this situation, at this stage, it would be best to not
use the NSA-monitored communication avenues, including Skype (since the NSA is
tied in to the corrupt powers that be). Please use VSee
(free). Jim Rodney
is heading up this Fukushima fiasco clean-up initiative. His VSee username is JRODNEY5@SBCGLOBAL.NET
Part III: A Neutron Bomb would Neutralize Fukushima
By detonating a 25-km radius neutron bomb at the Fukushima plant, it
would turn off the nuclear reactions taking place, while also neutralizing the radiation emitting from radioactive particles that have been emitted within that
radius as well as the spent fuel rods.
