Keppe Motor Maybe Not 'Verified' Overunity Yet
While it turns out that the "137% efficient" result I have
been citing, from a third party lab in Europe, was afterward re-examined and
modified to under 100% efficiency, there are still reasons to hold out hope that
the Keppe motor may yet prove out, not just as "overunity", but able
to self-sustain, the ultimate proof.

Pure Energy Systems News
Following my trip to Brazil to see the Keppe motor and the amazing group
behind it, as part of the STOP the Destruction
of the World association, I have been saying that the R&D version of the Keppe motor was shown to be in the region of 137% efficient by two independent, highly credible laboratories in Europe.
A few days ago, in communicating with an academician involved in that testing,
who is friendly to the notion of overunity, I learned that the 137% efficient conclusion was
arrived at without sufficient time to properly evaluate the testing parameters,
and that afterward, the conclusion was modified and the result was under 100%
efficient.
The Keppe Motor scientists are exuberant and have reason to believe the motor could be overunity, pulling energy from the environment/space.
The numbers they saw in Europe corroborated what they had measured using their
own testing equipment in Brazil.
You can see in one of the videos
about their technology an example of them powering a ceiling fan with just a
small 9-volt battery, using a small fraction of the amount of energy that a normal ceiling fan consumes to give the same output.
They show several other interesting effects and measurements in that video.
While they have respect for the academician who retracted the 137% efficiency
figure, their exuberance for the possibility of overunity caused them to
downplay this, wondering if perhaps academic pressure was to blame. I certainly
have heard of academicians who measure overunity not being willing to stand
behind those results, but this was most likely not the case in this instance,
with this academician.
While on this topic, I would like to point something out that should be brought
into consideration in measurements of this sort. We must remember that taking friction (bearings, air, electrical) into account; that efficiency readings above 95% are likely to be getting "help" from somewhere else, and demonstrate harnessing a "free energy" source, even though such a device is not yet to the point of being able to self-loop or provide excess energy.
However, measurements in this vicinity are certainly indications of the
possibility of something very unusual happening.
Overunity is defined as putting out more energy than is consumed, so really, even something above a certain
threshold of friction expectation, should technically be classified as overunity, even though the "measured efficiency" level might be less than 100%.
The academician who was involved in measuring the Keppe Motor said that the
results were in this region.
Hence, even though the scientists did not conclude that the Keppe Motor is above 100% efficient, there are ample reasons to be interested in the design.
Furthermore, I am hopeful that they will be able to get a self-looped system running, along the lines of
the Self-Looped
Motor-Generator systems some 18 other independent groups have claimed to
achieve. In these scenarios, it is the combination of two motor/generator systems that appears to get some kind of harmonic going whereby environmental energy is
harnessed. The mechanics of some of the Keppe R&D motors lend themselves to
being easily adjusted to find such points of resonance, if they are to be found.
I have not yet communicated with the other European lab that tested the Keppe
motor and allegedly measured overunity, but since the above-mentioned lab test
came after that one, I presume that a similar scenario may hold true there as
well.
Here is an email I received on February 21 from Alex Frascari, who is a lead
scientist in the Keppe Motor group.
The 6 pole and the ceiling fan are not overunity. The 6 pole has a 90% efficiency (confirmed by third parties) and we have improved it up to now to 97% (which would be enough to start challenging some of the pre-conceived ideas of conventional science, but we have not yet confirmed it by third parties). It is driven by an electronic circuit with transistors.
The 6 pole motor is 375W (1/2 HP) with constant efficiency over 90%.
(This is not much for big motors above 5 or 10HP, but it is a lot in this range of
power.)
Our overunity prototype is a 4W motor driven by relay circuit with the turbo system. None of the other prototypes have the turbo because we are still working on reproducing the phenomenon with transistors.
(With relays, the turbo improves efficiency by 35%, while with transistors, up to now, we only gain 10%, which is not enough for overunity). The last reports I have on the measurement of this small overunity motor concern third parties with
whom we have non-disclosure agreements.
Because the power is small, it is difficult to measure very small currents, and it involves calculations to correct offsets of the
probes. Another problem is that it is not totally stable; and period and amplitude vary along
time. Therefore, the people involved require that we do more tests before going
public with the results. We agree with this, but the costs are prohibitive, unless we get some external
funding.
Nevertheless, we get overunity results of at least 10% in all tests we have made. (In the overall efficiency = (Pmech + Pnoload + Thermalloss coil1 + Thermalloss coil2/Pel input) measured at the terminals of the coils).
[Pmech = mechanical power; Pnoload = power with no load; Thermalloss of
the coils is the heat that emanates from the coils, above room
temperature; Pel input = electrical input power.]
In relation to the reports, we have not worked with this machine for the last 2 years, so I have to find and look through all the files and send you the most accurate possible. I have some Excel files, but they are huge (several pages of 125.000 lines each) and I am afraid they will be modified and distributed over the internet with false data.
(This can happen even unintentionally, if you open the file on a version of Excel that only supports 60.000 lines, it will cut away half of the data and all calculations will be wrong). Because they are so big, it is difficult to transform them in pdf. I found the measurement protocols but they are in Portuguese and I have to translate them (I have only an incomplete version in English).
So what I propose is the following:
1. We are going to set up the 4W motor, make new measurements and film the experiment. This way we can make a simplified report in pdf that can be downloadable. This will take a couple of weeks.
2. I will translate the measurement protocol and send it to you.
You know, Sterling, science is very strict. That is why I am afraid when people
on the Internet start giving opinions about things, when there is no possibility to discuss the matter in
a scientific environment. If we already had a self running it would be easy, because then you do not have to explain anything. But since we do not have it (yet) we have to proceed with prudence and caution. |
