Pure Energy Systems News
Once again, we bring you a compilation of various news items about the
various LENR companies since our September
13 compilation.
The volume of articles by regular contributors seems down from normal. Perhaps
they're resting up from last week, which was intense, on the heels of the E-Cat
conference.
Mainstream news sources are
indicated with the yellow highlight.

- E-Cat And Control Linearity
- A follower and constant commentor on Italian inventor Andrea Rossi's official blog Journal of Nuclear Physics, Steven Karels discussed about e-cat and control linearity. Karels recognized the fact that the e-cat LENR based technology is an interesting heat generation but lacks a fully comprehensive explanation on how it works and the process it follows in order to generate vast quantities of heat.

- Cold
Fusion Catalyst - In past articles e-Cat Site has
explored the LANR patents of Belgium industrial chemist and
patent attorney Mr. Johannes Van den Bogaert. He has been
kind enough to do a write up for this site regarding the
catalyst reported to be used in some cold fusion devices,
including the e-Cat of Andrea Rossi. (E-CatSite;

- Rossi
on the Safety of COP 6 - In reviewing the video of the Rossi
Q & A session at Zurich I found one of the exchanges very
interesting, and it helps to understand better why Rossi has been so

- E-Cat Rossi: new device launch by early 2013
- After the meeting in Zurich last weekend, there are more updates on the front E-Cat, ingenious device, developed by the pair of Italian scientists Andrea Rossi and Sergio Focardi, which is based on the concept of cold fusion to generate a large amounts of energy without the harmful side effect of the production of slag.

- Ecat Test Failure Leads to stop $10 Million Investment
- The failure of Andrea Rossi's ecat low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) device to perform to specifications has led to the stop of a big LENR investment yet. The Swedish magazine NyTeknik reported that an unidentified group of Swedish investors was prepared to invest up to 65 million SEK (which is around $10 million US dollars) in the Northern European ecat licensee Hydro Fusion (update: we changed from EUR to SEK also if no currency was specified on the NyTeknik website).

- Rossi: The Hot Cat is Still in R&D, Not Open for Investments Yet
- "Italian inventor Andrea Rossi admitted that he has been receiving various questions from many people who have been following the e-cat story. One of the questions being asked is this:
"Is it possible to invest in the Hot Cat?" Rossi made a straightforward
answer:"No, it is not. Because the reactor for high temperatures is not ready, is not as product, is a prototype subject to research and development and I want not to put anybody at risk before the Hot Cat is not yet a product."

- Prof.
George Miley: CF/LANR Patent - "George Miley has been
granted a patent on LENR-related technology. I'm not sure of the full
implications of this patent, but it would seem to be good news for Dr.
Miley and the LENR/CF fields. It seems that Dr. Miley's patent mentions
a range of possible applications of the technology, and this may be part
of the way he was able to get it through the USPTO.". (LENR-ColdFusion;

announce that I have accepted an opportunity to join Ruby Carat to
become an author and editor at Cold Fusion Now. In addition, I
will be helping her with moderation and other duties on the site.
The cold fusion story is expanding so rapidly and in so many
different directions that it has become increasingly difficult for
either one of us to keep track of the many facets of the story. There will be no new articles or news updates posted

Materials for Cold Fusion Work - Are there any materials or
commodities that might be boosted by widespread adoption of low energy
nuclear reaction (LENR) or cold fusion technology? The answer to this
question is possibly the widespread utilization of LENR might increase
demand for some materials. (ColdFusion3; September

- Best
LENR Investments or at Least Companies to Watch - Low Energy
Nuclear Reaction (LENR) or cold fusion isn't a safe enough investment
to put your retirement money in yet. On the other hand it could be a
good risky or speculative investment for those with a social conscious
and a lot of extra money to spend. (ColdFusion3; September
