Aviso has new 11 kW demonstration device

Ismael Aviso says he now has a prototype for giving demonstrations that is
capable of producing a net output of eleven kilowatts via a Tesla-related
antenna that allegedly pulls ambient energy from the surroundings. Only
qualified parties will be allowed in for a demo.

Phillippino inventor, Ismael Aviso, who has a technology along the lines of Nikola Tesla's Pierce Arrow
that pulls energy from the environment in order to power a vehicle, says he has a new demonstration unit for serious parties (e.g. investors) to inspect.
He told me it produces 11 kW.
Here is an email he sent out on July 26, 2012 (slightly edited) :
I want to inform all recipients of this [that they should] reply specially to GRAHAM <
remmarypidong@gmail.com >.
I have a working prototype now, since last week. I am just packaging it for [a] TV demo next week. I will release a video. [I'm also selecting] a TV network only covering it.
This prototype is working. You will be surprised. It is more than what you expected. But it is not yet ready for mass production, due to the fine tuning for interference with cell phone signals, and several things like concealing the classified technology, [running] durability tests, and safety factor concerns.
I need at least $500,000 to $1 million, with building time [expected to be around] 6 months, [then] 1 year for mass production prototype. Then [I will] offer it to car manufacturers.
[Ideally, I would like to be able] to manufacture my own design of a complete electric car and a 5
kW power generator for household that will power average application like A/C ,
refrigerator etc..
If you want to see it personally, you need first to present your
credentials, and we will verify your background. If you are qualified, then will allow you to see
for yourself.
We are planning to charge a FEE for every person who wants to see it
personally. The amount has not yet been decided -- just one way to raise some money.
We don't want all interested people to come to my place. Imagine, daily I have minimum of 200 person from all over the world
[who] want to see my invention. We are concerned about security, and [wish
to] avoid wasting time with people just pretending to be an investor. My time
[is] really very limited.

A person who had been providing $3000/month to support Ismael's R&D
efforts had to discontinue due to circumstances unrelated to Ismael, so Ismael
is in need of an alternative way to support his work.

I also asked Ismael how he is faring with the Typhoon that hit Manila. He
responded (slightly edited):
Thanks for your concern. Actually for the BAD news, for the last 45 days we are hide & seek with many typhoons passing our place, one after the other. The GOOD news is I able to make a big development on the system
design, running without battery, while the typhoon [has been] hammering my place.
Then on July 31, 2012 1:02 AM MDT, he wrote (slightly edited) :

Thanks. I guarantee you, [of] all exotic energy you have now in your
database, this will be the BEST EVER.
[We anticipate the] following [sequence] of events:
1st. Video Demo I will sent to all media & you.
2nd. I will invite testing group, ( I hope you are here on this time )
3rd. Upon confirm[ation by testers], I will open [an] invitation to all
qualified investors.
4th. I will offer limited for 5 licensee only. Distributed to the
following applications:
- Electric car application
- Shipping application
- Laptop Application
- Cell phone application
- Power Plant application
Minimum start bidding: $10millions each license.
Note: Household application will be for myself to manufacture, once I have
enough money, to make sure it will be affordable.
While I am writing this, strong wind [from a] Typhoon [is making a]
whizzing sound in my ear.

After I sent you of my last email few hours passed, I was hit very hard by the typhoon. We are under the water my shop &
house, same [as] last year.
The good news [is] it did not damages my R & D. We are only in
disarray. I need to transfer all my research to my house, since today is my last day for renting the shop.
The demo will proceed but delay only of 10 days.
