Pure Energy Systems News
Instead of calling this the "E-Cat Weekly", since there are now
several serious cold fusion players approaching the marketplace, I have change
the title of this weekly review to "LENR-to-Market Weekly". This is a compilation of various news items that have emerged since our
April 5 compilation.
Mainstream news sources are
indicated with the yellow highlight. And this week, there were no mainstream
news articles, for the first time since I began running this weekly compilation
about six months ago. It's the dip before the crest of news that is sure to
emerge once Defkalion makes their announcement publicly.
- Cold Fusion Companies
- Defkalion
- Private Update: On April 12, Defkalion sent out a private update for those who have expressed a business or R&D interested in their technology. They will be publishing a press release soon for public information.

- A Little More from Defkalion
- Defkalion has posted a little more news about its plans to commercialize a cold fusion device similar to Andrea Rossi's ecat at its website. The company stated that it is developing a commercial prototype that will form the basis of a broad range of industrialized low energy nuclear reaction devices to be marketed under the Hyperion brand name.

- Whispers
from Italy - As a cloak of silence has fallen over the
activities of Andrea Rossi and Defkalion Green Technologies it is very
difficult to get a picture of the state of progress from either camp.
People who know what is happening are keeping very quiet. However, an
interesting comment came yesterday from Daniele Passerini, the Italian..

- Brillouin Energy
- Robert
Godes of Brillouin Energy Comments on LENR Research - I
wanted to bring attention to comments that Robert Godes of Brillouin
Energy has been making on an earlier post about Brillouin's work.
Sometimes comments in old posts get buried, and I thought it useful
to bring attention to an interesting comment of Godes about the cost
of running LENR tests. He wrote: "Actually... (E-CatWorld;

Newspaper Column Calls For Government LENR Program - Here's
more evidence that LENR is being taken seriously in various parts of the
world. B.S. Raghavan, writing a column in the Hindu, an Indian English

study the current research on LENR and brief the Indian government about
it. Raghavan cites a speech recently given... (E-CatWorld; April

- Fusion Energy: Sun Vs Earth Environments
- Hot Fusion scientists mention the 'Coulomb barrier' as an argument against the possibility of cold fusion at room temperature. We hear so much about the environments of the Sun and Stars and how the extreme temperatures and pressures there are necessary for the fusion of atomic particles to occur.
