North Point Charity for Tax-free Donations to FE Inventors, No Strings Attached
A 20-year-old charity, North Point, has now taken on the task of
receiving tax-free donations for the support of exotic free energy technology
projects selected by the charity. North Point will make no-strings-attached
investments in the most promising technologies.
Pure Energy Systems News
One of the unfortunate themes of free energy technology advancement is the seeming perpetual lack of adequate funds to move things forward
to market readiness.
The pound of flesh required by early investors is often far more than the inventor is willing to give up, or should give up in order to have enough to give up at later, crucial stages of advancement.
Now there is a new way to help these inventors.
We at PES Network, Inc.
have teamed up with North Point Charity (NPC) to establish a method for providing no-strings-attached moneys to some of the most promising technologies.
A listing of some of the potential recipients will be included on their site. We will be including some of our Top Exotic Free Energy Technologies among those. For example, you will see that
John Searl's technology is listed.
Here is how it works.
- People donate to NPC, which is a 501(c)3 charity, so they can get a tax write-off for their donation.
- The board of NPC then makes a decision about how to distribute the funds received, once they get up to a certain threshold. (It isn't a direct pass-through proportional to specific technologies favored by the donors, though that will be taken into consideration. A direct pass-through would violate the laws surrounding tax-free charities.)
- NPC will then invest in a specific technology, with no strings attached.
- When the technology performs, then the resulting return on investment goes back to NPC to help other inventors.
If the technology doesn't pan out, that is okay. It's part of the understood risk in supporting cutting-edge technologies.
The bottom line as far as the inventor or technology group is concerned is that they are able to receive development funds without the control that usually comes with such funds. But it isn't a "donation" to them. It is an investment, with expectation of a return, but without the control.
For two decades now, the founder/owner of North Point (the name that pre-dated
North Point Charity, which was formed recently under that umbrella, specifically
for this project), Dave Kendall, has been very successful in raising funds for all kinds of
great causes in five countries, including: helping with orphanages; breast cancer detection; therapeutic riding programs for autistic children; helping wounded warriors get top quality artificial limbs and rehab; assisting Maricopa sheriff's department bereavement fund; securing life insurance polices for the poverty stricken and mortgage debt forgiveness and refinancing for low-income, qualifying home owners; feeding poor children.
North Point Charity was founded as North Point Church, which has had 501(3)c status for 15
years. They are active in five nations, and have many fiscal sponsorships, such
as North Point Charity. They have a legal team to make sure they are compliant with the law, as well as filing the necessary paperwork, and providing donors with the receipts needed for their tax write-offs.
NPC approached us at PES Network, Inc. to help them identify promising clean energy technologies to support. We're in process of contacting the top technologies to see if they would like to be included on the NPC website as a sample breakthrough technology where donated funds could be directed. (If you are in our list of Top 5 and runners up, feel free to initiate contact, if we've not already approached you.)
I have been very impressed with the people I've met (virtually) at NPC. They are a very professional and accomplished group of individuals, highly motivated to help the free energy revolution get more traction.
They also have other professional services that they would be willing to provide for leading technologies, such as legal, business strategy advice, business set-up advice, grant-writing, etc. They can also help arrange the designated company, so they can take in funds. Their expertise isn't just in charities.
Notice the wording of their definition of "alternative energy" on their website:
"...Alternative technologies such as solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, tide, and wave energy are known on the conventional end of the spectrum. Others like cold fusion, magnet motors, water as fuel and zero point energy are considered non-conventional. We believe we can harness the wheelwork of nature with clean sustainable emerging technologies and improve these to work towards achieving energy independence. The time has come for you to have a vehicle to support these technologies with your donation to this cause. Your contribution does make a difference and we are here to represent your voice."
North Point plans to approach some fairly large companies to use this avenue for getting a tax benefit, while also supporting breakthrough energy technologies -- a
win-win. If you own such a business, we hope you will consider sending some of your tax write-off funds to NPC. Or if you know people who run businesses, we encourage you to tell them about NPC. I would like to challenge every one of you, individuals and companies, to sign up for a monthly tax-free donation in an amount you can afford.
Tax-free donations can also come in the form of stocks, bonds, houses, raw land, buildings, vehicles, boats, bank notes, CD's, legacy gifts, and socially responsible charitable investment annuities that can benefit both the donor and the charity with an ongoing stream of income.
Supporting the emergence of clean energy technology has huge potential benefit to the entire planet, bringing down the cost of energy, reducing pollution, creating jobs, bolstering hope, fostering responsible citizenship on the planet with its limited resources, and empowering individuals to rise to their full potential.
Some of the exotic free energy technologies have the potential to be significant
game changers in this regard, being much cheaper, cleaner, portable, and deployable in a short period of time.
Now there is a way you all can help turn around one of the primary impediments to the advancement of these alternative energy technologies
coming to market -- making the lack of funding be not so big of an obstacle.
Remember the U.S. Revolutionary War, and how those poor soldiers suffered for lack of even the most basic provisions and clothing; yet they won against the vastly superior British army because their cause was more noble -- freedom. Just a little support went a long way toward easing the discomfort of the Revolutionary
So it is again. I know of several amazing technologies that presently are held back for lack of funds.
Supporting the fledgling forces for bringing forward free energy technologies is a peaceful revolution against the very corrupt powers that be who were obsolete a century ago, and whose days of supremacy and tyranny are finally coming to
And speaking of opportunities, perhaps out there in our audience there are one
or two people who are talented at fund-raising, who would like to get involved
making money raising money. If you're experienced and motivated in that way, you
should drop us a line. Ditto for grant-writers.
