Water as Fuel -- Stanley Meyer RecollectionsAndrew Michrowski pulls from his archives to retell his experience of working with the late Stanley Meyer, who allegedly ran a dune buggy on nothing but water, using an electrolysis process that somehow extracted energy from the environment.

For the record: some observations..
Stan Meyer, the inventor, was very elusive. Our
collaborative network did manage in understanding the technology involved:
There are probably other points that could be brought forward:
But the above should help de-mystify the whole aspect of water as a fuel.
Note, for example, according to the latest reports in our hand, several
PRChina university faculties offer doctoral-level courses on water-as-a-fuel
applications, involving as many as 4,000 researchers, all PRChina shipbuilding
uses the technology (from welding to seawater desalination), a number of
therapeutic/pharmaceutical applications have been in vigour since the 1980s,
considerable interests has been building up in a Shanghai car maker to design
and manufacture a car that would totally run on water as a fuel (as was
done not only by Yull Brown, but also by Electronics Australia
staff cars drivers at 400 kilometers/litre, 1000 miles /imperial gallon of
water for 4WD vehicles), with competitive Chinese pro-oil
interests instead trying to consider the direct use of unrefined, crude oil as
a primary fuel, refined "live"in the car with minimal pollution - an
approach which so repulsed Prof. Dr. Yull Brown that he short-stayed his
Beijing invitation by the highest Chinese government authorities and
industrialists, including NORINCO (equivalent of GE-Westinghouse
combined) and dispatched himself to his homeland, Australia where he died
shortly thereafter, very disappointed by the Chinese national inability to go
full forward with the most clean energy option, (and with greatest safety and
quality-control safeguards possible).
Thank you very much for this opportunity to express this archival information.
We do understand, despite "suspicious" appearances, that Stan Myers
actually did die in that small-town Ohio mall restaurant due to a food intake
issue, during an investment negotiation where he was ready to sign a
binding agreement that could have lifted his personal situation - fast
food is not good thing; as a matter of fact, one of our founders, a University
of Ottawa law professor (and developer of our corporation charter and
who helped defined "clean" energy when it was an unknown and rather
funny-sounding, quirky term) also died after a meal in the
Parliamentary restaurant involving high-ranking officials! In those days
of the 1970s, we were still a fledging international network harboured by the
founder scientist: the Hon. Senator Chesley W. Carter, chair
of the Senate's Standing Committee on Health, Welfare and Science
as well as member of the Senate Special Committee on Science Policy.
