Aviso Requests Expert Help for Equation
Ismael Aviso is an inventor from the Philippines, who has developed multiple technologies that apparently work by collecting free energy from the ambient environment. He is now requesting help from experts to produce an equation, derived from his test results.

Ismael Aviso is an inventor from the Philippines, who has been frequently featured on
PESWiki since February. He is the inventor of a self charging electric car, a solid state electrical generator called the "MEG", a repulsive force technology used in a "Universal Motor", and recently an HHO producing technology. All of his technologies operate by utilizing a core method of extracting energy from the ambient environment.
Now, he has requested help producing an equation, derived from his test results.
In the most simple form, his core technology represents a method of powering a circuit with both a battery as a power source, and a resonating capacitor-like device that harnesses energy from the ambient environment. When he pulses his circuit, part of the power that goes to the load comes from the battery, and part of it comes from the capacitor-like device, that harnesses energy from the ambient environment.
It has now been discovered that by increasing the voltage of the capacitor-like device (that is only charged with energy from the ambient environment) you can reduce the percentage of power to the load that comes from the battery.
If you could get the percentage of power from the ambient environment high enough, you could -- in theory -- only consume "free energy", and not consume power from the battery. Or, you could produce more power than is needed to power the load, and use the excess energy to keep the battery recharged.

The purpose of this article is to try and find some expert mathematicians or physicists who would help put the results of this testing into a formula. This formula could then be used to predict other results, and be used in the design of systems.
There are many equations out there such as Ohms Law, Maxwell's equations, Einstein's E=MC2, and others. What we need to find here is Aviso's
equation, which would explain what he has observed in his tests.
