Water for Fuel promo by Future Energy Concepts
Frederick Wells has provided us with a promotional video someone on his
team pulled together about his water fuel cell technology, showing new photos.

Last August, Frederick (Freddy) Wells posted a
video on YouTube showing a Dodge pickup truck allegedly running on nothing but water.
He said he was going to share the plans openly of how he did it, but that has
proven to be challenging, due in part to his right-brain inventor mind, making
it difficult to convey specific designs for someone else to understand well
enough to replicate his effect.
Now he has sent us a new video that is a compilation of photos of his
technology -- version 8, I presume, which might provide additional hints for those who have been seeking
to replicate his effect. The link for our open source project on this is http://FreddysCell.com
Meanwhile, he has been making business deals
with various companies to commercialize a variation of the technology that
would improve fuel efficiency, rather than trying to jump into the market with
a device that would enable a vehicle to run on nothing but water, aiming for 250,000 units beginning in
June. Freddy has said that "financing will be available for someone who wants to buy
one of these to put on their car".
