Commercial Digital Hydroxy Controller Revolutionizes the 'Meyers Symmetrical Pulse Mode' Concept
Square1 in Kentucky, USA, will soon be releasing their Hydro-Maxx
controller that will help HHO researchers get the most from their hydroxy units, possibly even unleashing Meyer's Mode the holy grail of water fuel.

LEXINGTON, KY, USA - Something I've been meaning to report on for a while now is a new hydroxy generator controller that is designed to help optimize any hydroxy unit which electrolyzes water to generate hydroxy gas or
"HHO". HHO is typically injected into the air intake of a vehicle to affect a more efficient burn of the fuel and reduction in emissions.
Square1 Energy Incorporated has developed new digital technology that reduces the amount of power required to produce high volumes of hydroxy gas. Their patent-pending Hydro-Maxx Servo Integrated Controller, manufactured in the U.S., is intended for use with any hydroxy system. The Controller revolutionizes the Meyers pulse wave modulation concept of analog symmetrical wave pulses by putting it on
"digital steroids". As most of you know, Stanley Meyers is alleged to have been able to run vehicles on water using on-board electrolysis. Square1 Energys Controller creates a servo controlled true digital Variable-Bidirectional-Asymmetric-Pulse-Output to safely power and control any hydrogen-on-demand
"HOD" system. A USB interface and the Companys CommanderT PC software are used to setup, test and tune the HOD system.
The basic controller, which retails for around $350, is a plug-and-play unit that monitors and controls electrolyzer temperature, current, cell output, and circulation pump output. Their full-blown system, which retails for around $900, is geared toward researchers who understand and appreciate such things as being able to manipulate pulse width and map the various settings to find a cells "sweet spot". Both types of controllers come with software and a programming manual, the latter providing the Variable-Bidirectional-Asymmetric-Pulse-Wave-Output for hydroxy cells capable of handling it. Quite a few people have already sent their cells to Square1 to have them find and measure the optimal output.
"In twenty seconds, by pressing three buttons on the keyboard, we've been able to repeatedly tune a cells HHO molecular mass flow rate from .24 liter per minute to a sustained rate of over17 lpm for several minutes before the cell output drops back off. Our research is continuing to improve and extend that flow rate as
well" said Square1 CEO, Benson Miller.
Square1 Energy will be releasing information soon on where to purchase and how to use their Servo Integrated Controller. They want to get their Controller into the hands of hydroxy researchers and companies as soon as possible to provide them with the ability to manipulate, map, and maximize performance of the systems they are developing.
"We're looking to be the 'Intel' of the Hydroxy Industry by providing commercial quality components to qualified individuals and companies for use in their own systems," said Miller. "We intend to set the standards for the
Industry."
A potential downside is the danger involved in producing this quantity of gas: "Safely producing hydroxy gas has been our top priority and there is a lot of education needed on how to safely handle and use the gas. Without the proper knowledge you could end up like the guy in California," Miller said, in
reference to the hydroxy researcher that was killed last June when his hydroxy storage tank exploded.
Targeting fleets and large users, Square1 Energy also manufactures and sells a complete on-board hydroxy generator system called Hydro-Maxx On-Board Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator for mileage enhancement and emissions reduction for semi-trucks and vehicles of all sizes.
They have accumulated a significant amount of dynamometer and over-the-road data supporting their claims of improved fuel efficiency in the range of 5% to 25%, typically around 15%, with reduction in emissions being as high as 99%. The return on investment from fuel savings is typically around one year for truck fleets.
Square1 will also be releasing an environmental control unit to enable hydroxy systems of all kinds to work in extreme hot and cold climates. Their Controller already includes the inputs, outputs and servo logic to manage the environmental control unit.
Hydro-Maxx systems need to be installed by a certified mechanic, and at this stage that is much easier to accomplish by focusing on larger clients that have their own fleet mechanics. Meanwhile, Square1 Energy is working to get their curriculum taught at accredited technical colleges to increase the number of certified technicians and support a wider range of customers.
The company is planning an open house in mid-September in Lexington, Kentucky to demonstrate these capabilities, and to showcase their new manufacturing facility, which could expand to as large as 100,000 square feet. They are prepared to have a 24-hour support line for the product as
well.

Square1 announced release of the SIC for hydrogen-on-demand systems this past March.
Here is a copy of their press release (slightly edited):
LEXINGTON, KY- Square1 Energy, Inc. may sound like a newcomer to the "HHO" or
"Hydrogen On Demand"(HOD) industry, but some of their principles have been designing, and manufacturing systems for the auto and trucking industries since 1993.
Over the past decade plus, many improvements have been made to the Electrolyzer Cell itself; from the glass jars that dangled the plate assemblies in liquid to heavy plastic pipes; and now, more notably, thick polymer plates sandwiching together stainless steel and sealing materials to form a solid mass or
"Brick" type device; but very little has been done to electrically control the processuntil now.
Announcing the first, truly Fully-Integrated HOD Controller in the market today, the HYDRO-MAXX Servo Integrated Controller (SIC), or,
"Yellow Box", Patent Pending.
Recently, Pulse-Width Modulators or PWMs, as they are known, are used by some in an attempt to control the operating state of the Electrolyzer. The problem is, these
"dumb" devices cant tell how well they work in the circuit, so a lot of "tweaking" is necessary to keep these systems
"in tune".
The HYDRO-MAXX Servo Integrated Controller (SIC), or "Yellow Box" eliminates all that by integrating sensors into the control system that monitors things like the operating voltage, current, and temperature; by the use of Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) and servo control algorithms (like those used in robotic systems), which eliminate the need for constant human adjustment. This benefit increases the system performance and helps insure a safe operating condition.
Other features of the SIC include: all digital adjustments, frequency, pulse Width, current, temperature, auxiliary pumps, motors, fans, etc. The HYDRO-MAXX Servo Integrated Controller (SIC) is the first HOD controller with a TRUE DIGITAL OUTPUT, eliminating the hysteresis seen with traditional transistor outputs.
The SIC can also manage "Auto-Refill & Severe Weather" systems as a Fully Integrated controller, with their own pumps, level switches, etc. as well as vehicle interfaces like, oil pressure, fuel pump, and run circuits with NO PROGRAMMING. Built in safety features, like over pressure, temperature and auto-venting on shutdown make the SIC the most advanced HOD controller available.
If you are a manufacturer of HOD systems and/or components and you are not getting the desired results you want, consider the HYDRO-MAXX Servo Integrated Controller (SIC), or,
"Yellow Box". Once you do, you will be "SIC" with "Yellow Fever."
