E. Concepcion, aka Mylow magnet motor a hoax - Recent evidence
indicates that "Mylow" of Chicago was lying from the beginning
when he claimed to have successfully replicated Howard Johnson's all-magnet
motor; and that he has never actually produced a single working unit. (PESN;

Mylow Posts Video of Running Bar-Magnet-Motor
After several weeks of enduring endless skepticism by people about his
claim to a working, very simple, all-magnet motor design, Mylow has posted a
very convincing video showing his latest iteration running.
Mylow's magnet motor accelerates then reaches
equilibrium speed as seen in a video
he posted April 29, 2009.
I've been taking a lot of heat from my associates at the New Energy Congress
and elsewhere for being so supportive of Mylow and his magnet motor claims, as
well as for reporting on some of the other unusual events that he's claimed to
have had happened to him -- suppression episodes by MIB types, involving
possibly even U.S. Vice President Joe Biden this last
Monday.
A couple of days ago he told me he was going to upload all his videos, and that
he would also post a video of the new bar magnet motor arrangement that he's
come up with. But as the hours progressed, and no videos of running motors
appeared, and it
started to look like he would not be posting any more because he said he was too
disenchanted with all the negativism he was seeing, the heat began to build.
The credibility thing was at razor's edge as one NEC member after another
weighed in on the subject, saying this was most likely a fraud, and that I had
jeopardized the reputation of the NEC and FreeEnergyNews by putting so much
focus on Mylow in the past month+. Jim Dunn, a primary advisor, told me
flat out that I should consider resigning as the head of NEC (which I founded) due to the fallout of this credibility
boondoggle.
I was having a crisis nap at the time Jim Dunn's call came in. What was I
to do? If Mylow was somehow faking this stuff and making up the stories
about the MIB incidents, then all the faith I had put in him would have been in
vain, and to a certain extent, it reflected on the faith that I had put in the
idea of breakthrough technology coming forward by the way of the weak and simple
which would confound the mighty powers that be during this time of planetary
crisis.
If this thing is not real, then it's almost as if my efforts have been
largely futile, as the New World Order seems to be pulling out all stops, and
the window of time for the emergence of a good technology to stand in the gap
for the common people who love freedom is coming to a close.
A String of Videos
Getting up from my evening nap, I came into my home office and looked at Mylow's
video from March 22. I don't think I've seen it since the day he posted
it. I'd forgotten how convincing it is. Since I'd not yet mirrored
that video, I uploaded it to the PESNetwork account.
I also noticed that Mylow had posted a second video of his bar magnet motor.
Judging from comments he made in the next video he posted of the thing running, this one was a bad take, and he meant to upload another one that showed it starting and stopping.
But here it was, showing the magnet spacing. Note how downcast his voice
is.
Here's a link
to his video (which he say's he'll be removing shortly), where you
can see some of the comments people have posted.
The comments first posted in response to this were of the nature: "hang
in there, Mylow."
Well, hang in he did. Not long thereafter, came the big one. It
shows continuation of spinning, it shows that there is nothing underneath the
dresser top but a medical supplies drawer. Then he stops the rotor and
shows it starting and accelerating -- the ultimate test of a magnet motor.
Here's a link
to his video (which he say's he'll be removing shortly), where you
can see some of the comments people have posted.
He said he's been working on this one for three days now. It wasn't
easy, even though it looks super simple.
"I worked on this for three days non-stop. I am very tired but
happy that I can show this to the world."
The skeptics will have a hard time finding fault with this one, but I'm sure
there will be some diehards who will find things to pick at. Already I'm
hearing comments like: "There is a motor in the cylinder tube under the
disc with a relay switch", even though there is no motor sound, and there
is not enough room in there to hold a battery and motor strong enough to
overcome the bearing friction. I'm sure some yahoo is going to say he's
using an air hose, even though the dangling beads on the nearby lamp are
essentially motionless.
The Wright Brothers were flying around for four years before science finally
admitted that yes, maybe man can fly -- something they had hitherto deemed
"impossible" as a dogma. Yesterday's heresies are today's
dogmas.
We are witnessing history in the making here. The world will never be the
same.
Mylow's Annotations
In his annotations, Mylow notes that the two off-set stator magnets are
"very cold". He thinks there is enough torque in this motor to
run a generator. The equilibrium speed is most likely a function of the
eddy currents in the aluminum, which Mylow says is probably necessary to the
function of the motor, as they "help in the pole switching effect" (on
an atomic level?).
He remarks that there is "no permeability plate," and that those are
only needed "for stronger magnets." Pointing to the stator
magnet holder apparatus, he writes: "Adjustment finds its proper magnetic
field and focuses it more.
He also says:
"If this stator was closer to these rotor magnets, the disk would
wobble itself apart due to the high magnetic field. I tried to pull this
up while it was spinning, and it pulled up [the rotor disc] with it; and you
know what happened next? Crash!"
"The force this thing has would make your hair stand on end. I
used my two hands to stop it because you can't just grab it. It will
crash."
To the skeptics already posting comments to his video, he replies:
"No motors, no electronic equipment, no wires, no cat tail or air
compressor, no birds, no hidden little motors; only magnets. What large
transformer nearby? That's a good one."
Mylow Saga Phase II
What's funny about this, I guess, is that this second motor type he showed
tonight, which I think we should call Version 2.0, is at the same place we were
with the first all-magnet motor he showed on March 17. He had the videos
leading up to the success, and then showed the thing running, and says that the
magnets are "available anywhere", because, after all, he got them from
Radio Shack . . . . "years ago".
That's the catch. They're not available any more. Neither do we know
how to source the stator magnets. He pulled those from a regular
electromagnetic motor, then threw the motor away, so we don't have part
numbers. So replicating this thing is going to be quite a challenge.
We'll be adding those plans to http://MylowPlans.com
as well, once we have enough information to be helpful. Meanwhile, you're
welcome to join the throng of people trying to replicate version 1.1 via the
plans available there as well. Now that there is this boost of confidence
from this most recent video, I predict that the replications will begin popping
up in rapid succession. Who will be the first?
Way to Go, Mylow!
I wrote the following to Mylow this evening:
You've done the right thing in posting the videos you did tonight. Way to go.
They [MIBs] would not be accomplishing anything by intimidating you any further, for fear that others might see them and catch them in the act.
You're going to become a celebrity. I bet you'll be contacted very soon by some major media.
If you think your life has been crazy in the last month, wait until you see what this next month has in store.
Except I think this next month will be a good crazy, not a bad crazy. You'll have so many people wanting to talk to you, to interview you, to see you, to shake your hand.
You're a hero.
Moral of the Story
As this saga has unfolded, I've thought about how it's kind of a test for all of
us, to see what we're made of. This is a technology of the future.
Are we ready for it? Do we have the faith to bring it forward. Just
because this new video has been posted, which is far more skeptic proof than the
earlier ones, doesn't mean that the skepticism will die out all together.
There will still be plenty of room for doubt as people struggle to find the
right materials and arrangement to replicate this effect.
Rather than your first reaction being one of doubt, how about your first reaction
be one of hope and faith? That's how I try to approach these things.
Just because we've seen a lot of failed and even fraudulent attempts in the
past, doesn't mean that everything that comes along will be bogus.
Think how different this Mylow story would have been if Mylow had been embraced
warmly by the Free Energy community rather than derided by so many who should have been
friendly. Think how much further along we would be. We would have
videos galore and help galore from Mylow.
All the negativism has jaded him
to not want to be so helpful as he was at first. He's nearly to the point
of being hostile now. I predict that this will soften in the coming hours
and days, but it will take a while for him to heal from the injury he's had
inflicted from the Free Energy community who should have been more helpful and
friendly to him.
"I have seen stuff that no one in their lifetime will ever see.
God has given me a gift, and I give it to the world, but the world isn't read
for this. Not now.
"It's Wednesday 29, 2009. Back up your videos because this one
is only going to be here for one day. After that I give up on all this
crazy stuff. No one will ever believe me anyways.
"I do not want anyone to replicate this. It's not easy.
Good luck. I just want to be in peace. Please leave me
alone. Here's your fakery.
"My work is done here. Good luck everybody."
He tends to lose sight of the many of us who have been supporting of him all
along, because the negativity of others has so deeply hurt him.
