Ravi's Water Fuel Cell Suppressed in India
A prolific independent experimenter who is progressing in his effort to replicate the work of the martyred Stanley Meyer, who allegedly ran a car on water, has now been intimidated into laying low.

Ravi's replication of Stanley Meyer's
water fuel cell.

We are familiar with the suppression
of free-energy devices.
In the USA there have been innumerable cases - for example T.Henry Moray for pulling kilowatts out of the
environment; Ed Gray for daring to have a power tube with an output power 100 times the input
power; Tom Ogle for daring to build a 200 MPG vaporizer; and more recently, Bill Williams for running his truck on a Joe Cell; and Ken Rasmussen for developing a water-to-energy electrolysis process.
Australia, Japan, the UK and NZ have also had their share of suppression.
Now it's India's turn. Ravi Raju has attracted the attention of the suppressionists for trying to (successfully) replicate Dave Lawton's copy of Stanley Meyer's hydrogen fuelled engine.
The following report [slightly edited] was issued by Patrick Kelly on February
2nd of this year.
Ravi has been running a business for the last 23 years and has a good relationship with his local Commercial Taxation Office staff.
He became interested in the Lawton replication and decided to try it for himself. He encountered a minor problem with his implementation of the electronic driving circuit, and so contacted Dave Lawton for technical advice.
This was given and the problem was solved. He then e-mailed Dave some pictures showing his progress.
Within 8 hours, his premises were raided by nine people supposedly from the local Tax Office. In actual fact, six of them were from the local office and the other three were unknown to the locals who had been ordered to take them along. During their search of the place, Ravi was told that he would be well advised to discontinue all work connected to hydrogen.
That shows clearly that the "raid" had nothing whatsoever to do with taxation and the Tax Office was just being used as an excuse to invade the privacy of an individual. They spent six hours checking everything but eventually left, taking commercial records with them and subsequently requested that he attend their local office a few days later. He attended, sensibly taking people from his business as witnesses.
The six local officials were there and they returned the records taken, stating that there was nothing wrong with the records or his tax position. They also said that they were bewildered by the whole affair. He asked them about the other three men, and they said that the Commissioners office had asked them to take them along....and they have no idea who they were!
He then had a long conversation with the Deputy Commercial Tax Officer who had
come over to his place. The officer also seemed confused as to why they were hurried up to go over to
Ravi's place from the Commissioners office. He said that the Commissioners office received a complaint from some higher authorities and these people were given written instructions (an unusual thing in itself) to go to his office and make some
checks. Usually when this happens, the visits are done after 3-4 days of the receipt of the letter from the Commissioners office based on the time allotment, but in this case there were 4 calls directly from the Commissioners office to go over to his place immediately.
This suggests that Dave Lawton's e-mails are being intercepted and read as Ravi
had not yet mentioned his hydrogen work to anyone else. Dave once made the mistake of applying for a development grant from his Local Authority. The grant was to help develop one of his inventions. He was visited by two unpleasant individuals who took away his written proposal.
Nothing ever came of it and when Dave asked for his documents back, they lied, saying that they
had posted them. When he pressured them, they did eventually send the documents back, and the date stamp on the envelope shows that the documents were posted long after they originally claimed that they had been sent. It turns out that these men have no connection with the Local Authority Grants section; and it seems clear that they fall into the same category as the three "unknown" men in India who carried out the raid.
Presumably, Dave's phone calls and e-mails have been intercepted and monitored ever since, and that is what triggered the raid in India.
The raid in India suggests that some very power entity is very much afraid of Stan Meyer's Water Fuel Cell. This implies that the cell is capable of producing serious amounts of free-energy and can break our dependency on fossil
fuels.
That was last February. Since that time, Ravi has become prolific in
his replication work, and in sharing what he is doing.
Then on Wednesday, the following report was
issued by "Astweth" of the RadianH2O Yahoo!Group.:
Quote from a recent email from Ravi dated 28th August, 2007
"I have just received a call about 5 mins ago on my land line asking me to stop posting on the forums and youtube. If I still do, they said that someone will have to visit me personally to take care of it. I dont have a caller ID on the line. This person had a British accent.
Please try and save all the posting till now on I dont know if I can post anymore...but i'll try keep in
touch".
Ravi has decided to lay low for a while.
David
L. Wenbert, founder and Executive Director of the H2Earth Institute, whose objective is to replicate and improve the Stanley Meyer water fuel cell technology, said,
"This is very unfortunate. Ravi was one of the furthest along in his progress."
"The H2earth Institute has several active researchers in India, and they are committed to
equaling Ravi."
Wenbert, whose institute presently has independent researchers in 16 countries
working on this technology, gives the following recommendation to those who
might find themselves being intimidated.
The suppressors are most likely composed of private interests, not federal
intelligence agencies per se. There is good reason to believe that none
of the "agents" who harass, coerce, or intimidate FE/OU inventors
are real feds, no matter what government agency they claim to
represent. With that in mind, here's what to do (within the limits of your
personal safety) should you be visited by these "Men-in-Black":
1. Stay Calm. They aren't really from the government, and cannot
arrest you, take your property, or audit your taxes. They are about as
"official" as your lawn care guy or pool cleaner.
2. Demand Identification. Carefully examine their credentials, and
call the local office of whatever agency they are supposed to be from, to
verify their authenticity. Find the number for this agency yourself, not one
from the business card of the person you're attempting to check out.
3. Defend Yourself. Any property they attempt to take, is illegal
theft. Do not permit it, as they have no legitimate authority to do so, and no
warrant.
4. Detain Imposters. When their credentials fail to check out,
detain them and examine any belongings on their person or in their vehicle.
5. Interrogate. Using any level of force necessary, interrogate them
to learn their true employer, objectives, and anything they know about their
organization and who is behind it.
6. CALL THE POLICE. Summon the legitimate local law enforcement, and
the local news media, simultaneously. Hopefully, they will be arrested on the
evening news.
7. Prosecute. Swear out an affidavit for the local U.S. District
Attorney, to press federal felony criminal charges for the impersonation of
federal agents. See that the same news media cover this follow-up, to
encourage the D.A. to push ahead with the case. If they wont, demand to know
why.
This only has to happen ONCE to expose the
suppression/conspiracy publicly and put a stop to it, forever, for everyone.
Public exposure is what they fear most.
