New Energy Congress Disassociates from Brooks Agnew
Due diligence process results in a decision by the New Energy Congress
to pull away from involvement with Brooks Agnew and the Phoenix Science
Foundation.

KENTUCKY, USA -- On Dec. 20, PESN announced that the New Energy Congress (NEC)
would be serving as a screening agent for the Phoenix Science Foundation (PSF),
headed by Brooks Agnew; to augment PSF's role in providing funding for deserving
energy technologies concepts needing capital to build proof of concept
prototypes. (Ref.)
Subsequent to that, separate from the PSF project, Agnew also offered to produce
a 6-minute DVD for NEC as a "teaser" video for a documentary video
project (http://FreeEnergyVideo.com)
being organized by NEC and the New Energy Movement (NEM).
Concurrent with these developments, inasmuch as these endeavors entailed a close
partnership, the NEC embarked on a due diligence process regarding Brooks Agnew,
to verify his claimed credentials and accomplishments.
Due to the information obtained, and the reaction to the process involved in
that disclosure, the New Energy Congress decided on January 5 to withdraw from
involvement with Brooks Agnew and the Phoenix Science Foundation.
