Chukanov Quantum Free Energy Moving
Inventor of a method for creating ball lightning for generating
electricity and hydrogen, Kiril Chukanov regretfully leaves the United States
after accepting an offer from a very generous benefactor out of the country.
Correction: The destination is not Europe.

SALT
LAKE CITY, UTAH, USA - After nearly sixteen years in the United States,
welcoming thousands of people into his home for a demonstration of his ball
lightning generator, Bulgaria native Kiril Chukanov is now taking an offer that
will relocate him and his family out of the United States. There he will work on
the creation of a powerful Quantum Free Energy generator for commercialization.

"I've made many wonderful friends in America, and consider myself an
American, but no Americans ever offered financing," he said. "I
had many offers from other countries, but none from the U.S."
He is saddened and baffled by the lack of financial interest from the
States. He said he has loved living here and the associations he has made,
and that he may some day return. "We'll be Americans forever."
"I must do what is best for advancing this
science," he said, in reference to his Quantum Plasma research.
The local media has given him some coverage, but have mostly just ignored this
prophet of clean energy in their midst.
He refrained from specifying to where he will be moving, and from naming the
entity that will be sponsoring him. His benefactors have also asked that
he take down any references to his science on his ChukanovEnergy.com
website. He understands their reasons for this request and agrees that it
is for the best. They are going to be sinking major funds into him and his
technology.
For the near three years I have known him, he has been seeking funding to build
a 100 kW prototype, a capacity which he says moves past the theoretical
break-even point and well into excess energy production.
At his new destination, he will be going ten times better than that, building a
prototype that will generate more than 1 MW of energy. Kiril calls this a
"Medium" sized prototype.
He will also be pursuing a prototype for producing hydrogen very cheaply.
The benefactor company has purchased a large home for him, and cars, and a nice
laboratory, with equipment and specialists to help him. It is an
inventor's dream come true -- a major step forward for a man who has been
driving pizza delivery so as to not get tied down into a job that will not allow
him his freedom to pursue his dream in science.
He will be moving with his wife on Monday. The rest of his family will be
moving in about three months after school lets out for the year.
The gag order the company has placed on him will not allow him to participate in
the annual ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference organized by TeslaTech in Salt
Lake City in July, where he has been an annual favorite. Each year dozens of
conference-goers made the trek over to Kiril's home, which is only about a
twenty-minute drive from the venue. They have been regularly awed by his ball
lightning demonstration and explanation.
"Many people from many countries came to visit me," Kiril said. He and
his Bulgarian family are very gracious hosts for all who come to his home,
making them feel like family, not just friends.
"I have received several offers," Chukanov indicates. He has been in
dialogue with this particular company for about a year to a year and a half.
While he will not be "held prisoner", his communications will need to
be limited as he goes proprietary. This is in contrast to his very open sharing
of the technology up until now.
Kiril holds two U.S. patents on the ball-lightning generator. (Ref.)
We wish him well, and congratulate him on this new development.

I contacted Dr. Eli Jarby of the University of Tel Aviv, Israel regarding
his and colleagues success in using (of all things!) the magnetron from a
microwave oven in a process to produce "BALL LIGHTING" This of
course could lead to practical FUSION energy!
I mentioned to Dr. Jarby that Tesla had produced ball Lighting on a
regular basis in 1890' to early 1900s with his Tesla coils that a Dr.
Golka (see Margaret Cheney's book, Tesla: Man Out of Time for
mention of Dr. Golka in late 1980's to early 1990s at Wendover, Utah at
the old air force base there -- and in, of all things, the hanger used to
assemble parts of the bomb used on Hiroshima in 1945!)
CHAIN OF BALL LIGHTING. Using a Tesla coil! Haven't heard anymore.
Maragret Cheney, if you can contact her (She used to live in Santa Rosa,
CA; and I wrote her some years ago) had the last address and phone number
for Dr. Golka. (Somewhere at the time here in the Los Angeles area but a
VERY SECRETIVE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE PERSONALITY!)
I also mentioned that Tesla had even perfected some type of COLD (or at
least COOL to the human touch) BALL LIGHTING! A wooden box was handed to
visitors at the Tesla lab(s) (New York City/Colorado Springs,
Colorado. By the way, maybe Colorado Springs could have a Tesla
150th Celebration. I will try to contact city officials there.
However, last time I did, the officialdom of that city seemed to want
Tesla's memory to "go away." There is an elementary school
named after Tesla in that city!)
To continue, a GREENISH BALL OF LIGHT FLOATED OUT OF THE WOODEN BOX HANDED
THE GUESTS BY TESLA. IT EVENTUALLY EXPLODED WITH A BANG, BUT COULD BE HELD
SAFELY (AND COOLY) IN ONES HAND!
So, Dr. Jarby thanked me for the info on Tesla's early ball lighting
experiments.
The late Leland Anderson a GREAT TESLA FAN. He is the one who got
the international unit of magnetic strength the "TESLA"
accepted. He once mentioned to me that there was somewhat of a "Tesla
diary" that mentioned how Tesla produced ball lighting etc. this from
his laboratory experiments in Colorado Springs! I have no idea where it is
now! It was in the hands of the late Dr. Leland Anderson of Meade St.,
Denver, Colorado. Maybe it is still in his estate. (This was
in 1999. The last time I contacted him, he was almost totally
blind.)
Take Care.

Frank Znidarsic did Ball Lightning too

Hi Sterling,
Ball lightning inside microwave ovens has been reported twice to my knowledge,
by Chukanov and a fellow named Frank
Znidarsic. Frank's evidence was shown on a video tape that Gene
Mallove had.
