Pantone Out on Bail
GEET inventor, Paul Pantone, released Thursday night, now preparing
defense for court Monday morning. Tells of criminality in justice system.

Incarcerated since Aug. 10th on charges of securities fraud, and on violation
of a protective order, GEET inventor Paul Pantone was released Thursday night on
a $102,500 bond.
He is preparing his defense for a court appearance before Judge Royal Hanson at
8:30 Monday morning, at the Third District Court in West Jordan City, Utah.
Through the contribution of another sympathizer, two legal friends have been
flown in from Texas to help prepare and present Pantone's defense.
In a hearing last Monday, Judge Hanson told Pantone that if he did not appear
this coming Monday with evidence, and not wearing jail orange, that he would
sentence him using a public defender, which would likely result in 7 to 40
years.
Pantone alleges to have a large arsenal of evidence, some of which he will
present in court, and some of which he will publish on his website for all the
world to see, of what he calls "deep corruption" in the Utah justice
system, including attorneys paid off by the Attorney General's office, and other
"good ol' boys" practices that are both unethical and illegal.
He will be providing transcriptions of phone conversations as well as tape
recordings of the same, in which key personnel make statements which would make
a decent person blush.
Although statements made to Pantone while incarcerated were not recorded, his
past attorneys do not know what statements were recorded from before that time.
Pantone has over 200 recordings, with copies in three different states, with
instructions to publish names, addresses, and phone numbers if warranted.
Pantone says he has tape recordings of one of his attorneys which proves that he
had in fact already been hired by the Attorney General full-time, and he was
only pretending to Pantone that he was working for him. This same attorney has
since refused to return any of Pantone's original evidence.
