Sterling:

Paul is in custody at the moment in SLC. He was trying to avoid an arrest warrant until his Aug. 22 court date.

For whatever reason, his wife Molly recently turned him in and had him arrested. According to her, she's going through "their" belongings and packing up and leaving town before he gets released. What exactly that means is up for interpretation. Paul has been afraid that hostile interests would use Molly to get to him and his secrets/ideas.

The biggest concern is that the Utah Attorney General will get a felony charge to stick. If so, Paul will lose all patent rights and GEET will be a thing of the past. One of the convenient ways the PTB bury innovative ideas....snag the inventor with SEC violations and steal their tech.

I have confirmed the following by calling the Salt Lake County Jail. 1-801-743-5000.

Paul Pantone was incarcerated Aug. 10, 2005 on warrant for securities fraud and for violation of a protective order.  The securities fraud is under Judge Hansen of West Jordan, Utah, and the protective order is under Judge Brian, also of West Jordan.

I plan to visit Paul tomorrow, which is the next visiting opportunity.  The jail is about an hour's drive north of where I live.  If you would like to convey something, you could send me an <email > and I can print it out and mail it from here so it will get to him sooner.

I'm also going to see if I can attend the court hearing on the securities fraud charges tomorrow, Aug. 22.

I know from having spoken with Paul on earlier occasions that he claims to have defense for his position, and that he believes the system is corrupt that is bringing charges against him. I've also heard from people on the other end (investors) who are very angry with Paul for what they see as unethical business practices.

I personally have witnessed Paul's tendency to talk far ahead of himself in terms of the next big development that is going to materialize "next week," which never comes. I should say never because there are constantly things developing on some level in the world of Paul Pantone.

Finally Karma Catches Up

Hi Sterling,

Please tell Paul that I am glad his karma has caught up with him. He has been unethical and has lied in his dealings with friends that have tried to support him, his investors, on national TV and the public in general. I know of several people that have lost thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars because they trusted Pantone and gave him money. Money which he pissed away living a good lifestyle while his investors lost their homes because they took out a mortgage to give money to Pantone expecting a return on their investment in a reasonable period of time. He has sucked many good people who gave their time without expecting anything in return into helping him and has in most cases turned against them and accusing them of various forms of betrayals or for sabotage or something else when things went wrong. He was absolutely unwilling to take personal responsibility for his actions and wrong-doings.

His behavior and his actions are disgusting.

What is even more appalling is that he says he is doing this because he is on a mission from God and doing God's work. B.S. This could not be further from the truth. He just has a charismatic way of talking and getting people to believe in him. He's a really good con-artist.

I am one of the people that have proudly submitted evidence against Pantone and I'm glad he is finally getting what he deserves.

It's a mine field out there

Paul was at Tesla Tech just a few weeks ago.

When I was there at Tesla Tech, some people at the show were very upset with Paul. This reminds me of the Tilley fiasco a couple of years back.

Even Tom Bearden was bankrupted back in the '80s because of the Sweet VTA fiasco.

This field is littered with mines. You have to be very very careful.
