Howard Johnson Won Patent Trial Case for Magnetic Propulsion
Patent awarded when he demonstrated a working linear propulsion proof
of concept.

Something very interesting has come to my attention regarding Howard
Johnson's magnetic propulsion patents.
When Johnson applied for his first patent on Dec. 6, 1973, his submission was
denied by the Patent Office. He then requested a hearing before the patent
office board of appeals. This time he brought a working model with
him. Appeal #261-65 was heard on April 9, 1976. He was then awarded
his first patent: #4,151,431
on April 24, 1979.
He went on to get two more patents for magnetic propulsion technology: #4,877,983
awarded on October 31, 1989; and #5,402,021,
awarded on March 28, 1995.
The salient point of note here is that he showed a WORKING MODEL of his linear
propulsion technology to the U.S. Patent Office; and that is DOCUMENTED in
Appeal #261-65.
He demonstrated before the patent board of appeals something that present
science says is not possible -- acceleration of an object via permanent magnets
without lock-up -- a net gain of energy with no apparent input of
energy.
